| With the emergence of problems such as global environmental pollution and energy shortages,new energy vehicles,as a means of energy conservation and emission reduction,have received widespread attention worldwide.China’s government departments have also identified the new energy vehicle industry as a key emerging strategic industry,and have given certain policy support in terms of financial subsidies and technology investment.With the development of new energy vehicles,the new energy vehicle industry has developed from the traditional automobile product architecture to the direction of modularization.Although China’s new energy vehicles have gradually overcome many technical difficulties,China’s new energy vehicle industry is still facing a decline in subsidies and a downward trend in profits,key technology bottlenecks,and the imperfect market development.Therefore,it is an effective way to solve the key technical bottlenecks of the industry and meet the needs of users by strengthening the technological innovation cooperation between the module enterprises in the industry chain and integrating the innovation of the industry chain and the production service industry.However,there is no research on cooperative innovation of new energy vehicle industry module enterprises based on modularization at present.In view of this,this paper proposes a cooperative innovation strategy based on the modularization of the new energy vehicle industry.Taking modularization as the starting point,this paper focus on the analysis of the new energy vehicle industry chain,build a new energy vehicle network industry chain under modularization,then empirically analyze the impact of new energy vehicle network modular division and modular cooperation on technological innovation,finally build modular enterprise cooperative innovation evolution game model.The main research work of this article is as follows:(1)In order to study the technological innovation behavior of new energy vehicle enterprises under modularization,analyze the mechanism of technological innovation power source factors.Analysis the modular development characteristics of new energy vehicles,and build modular network of China’s new energy vehicle industry.Based on the new energy automotive industry modular network mechanism of technology innovation,proposed module of enterprise technology innovation mode,independent innovation and cooperative innovation.(2)In order to study the impact of the modularized network division of labor mechanism and cooperation mechanism of the new energy vehicle industry on technological innovation.According to the 300 listed companies in the new energy vehicle industry concept stocks provided by the Financial Quotes Center Network,15 equitable companies were selected as samples using the equidistant sampling method,and the relevant data in the sample companies’ annual reports from 2009 to 2018 were used for building a Econometric model to verify the impact of modular production network division and cooperation on technological innovation.Finally,it proves that the modular division of labor and modular cooperation in the new energy vehicle industry can promote technological innovation.(3)In order to explore the conditions for new energy vehicle industry module selection for cooperative innovation,a decision-making model of new energy automobile module enterprise technology innovation is constructed.It is proposed that the cooperative behavior of new energy vehicle module enterprises under the network structure has the characteristics of bounded rationality and dynamics,and construct two different types of cooperative innovation evolutionary game models,the vertical model of dynamic game of cooperative innovation between module integrators and module suppliers,the horizontal model of dynamic game of cooperative innovation between module suppliers.Simulate the process of innovation game and conduct case analysis.It is concluded that only when the benefits of the process of cooperative innovation led by the module enterprises are greater than the costs and risks of cooperative innovation can the two sides of the module enterprises choose cooperative innovation.At the same time,it emphasizes the regulation and control of cooperation costs,cooperation innovation benefits,cooperation innovation risks and government financial subsidies of module enterprises,and proposes a guarantee mechanism for cooperation innovation of module enterprises in the new energy vehicle network industry. |
