| In order to promote the consumption of increased new energy sources and promote the construction of the global energy internet, the work of electric energy substitution has introduced a large number of new loads, also known as electric energy substitution loads in the terminal energy consumption.Electric vehicles and electric heating will take up a higher proportion of the load under the multiple support of technology and policies. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive distribution evaluation index system that comprehensively considers distributed generation(DG)and new loads, and to evaluate the performance and development of distribution network in a systematic and scientific way.In this paper,a new comprehensive evaluation index system of distribution network is established considering reliability, security, quality and economy. In the evaluation process, both the characteristics of the DG and the impact of future development of the new load are also considered.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy method are combinined to give consideration to both subjectivity and objectivity of the weights.A multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on variable weight theory is proposed. The equilibrium coefficient of variable weight theory can avoid the adverse effect of abnormal index value on evaluation. Finally,an example of a typical distribution network is given to verify the scientific validity and effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method proposed in this paper. The paper makes a comparative analysis of the impact of DG and new load on distribution network, and it provides reasonable upgrade development for the more complex distribution network system after large-scale access of DG and new load in the future. |
