With the continuous development of economy,people pay more and more attention to the coordinated development of energy and environment,and strive to achieve sustainable development between economy,energy and environment.At present.China's energy utilization problems are mainly reflected in two aspects:the growing energy demand is incompatible with the increasing depletion of traditional energy;and the current energy structure does not meet the requirements of sustainable development.The above two problems lead to the predicament of energy development and utilization in our country.It is urgent for us to change the way of energy utilization,optimize the structure of energy utilization,transform the mode of economic development,promote the improvement of multi-energy utilization efficiency,and ultimately realize the low-carbon development of energy in our country,and provide assistance for the work of global energy transformation.The integrated energy system can effectively realize the coupling and complementarity of different energy sources in the region,optimize mutual benefit,and realize the efficient utilization of energy through the coordinated planning of multiple energy resources.Distributed generation is a key component of integrated energy system and an important energy flow link.It is of great practical significance to study its comprehensive benefits and find a reasonable and effective evaluation method to evaluate its comprehensive benefits for the investment and construction of distributed power.Under the background of the change of energy resources utilization mode,this paper mainly studies the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of distributed generation,and strives to provide a reasonable evaluation tool for the investment and construction of distributed generation.Firstly,based on the power balance and systm layout,and based on the two levels of economy and technology,the comprehensive impact of distributed generation access is analyzed;secondly,from the perspectixe of development demand and development space,the market potential of distributed generation investient is analyzed to provide qualitative analysis support for the analysis of comprehensive benefit evaluation in the future.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of'comprehensive benefits of distributed generation including economy,technology,market and environmental compatibility is constructed to lay a foundation for the construction of evaluation model.Fourthly,the evaluation model of comprehensive benefits of distributed generation is established based on ELECTRE-?evaluation method and the combination weighting method of entropy weight and coefficient of variation.The development strategies at different levels are put forward.The paper constructs an evaluation model based on ELECTRE-? method,evaluates the comprehensive benefits of distributed power supply,and puts forward optimization development strategy according to the evaluation results,which provides evaluation tools for different regions to invest in distributed power supply.This study can provide a set of overall evaluation procedures for the investment and construction of distributed generation,and help optimize the investment procedures and promote the consumption of renewable energy.
