With the vigorous development of China's power industry,the replacement of electrical equipment has become more frequent,the automation level of power systems has been continuously improved,and the operation and maintenance and maintenance tasks have become more and more important in the daily work of power systems[1].In the actual maintenance work,the traditional work ticket form is cumbersome and the cycle is long.If there is a problem in the field operation,the operation command center cannot establish an effective contact with the job site in real time,which may easily lead to further expansion of the problem and seriously threaten the power system.Secondly,the traditional work ticket work method can not systematically integrate and efficiently use historical work materials[2].When the same work problem occurs again,the operator can only deal with the problem with fuzzy experience,so that the work reliability,safety,the improvement of efficiency is greatly restricted.At the same time,since the "4.19" speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping's in 2016,State Grid Corporation attached great importance to the network and ICT security,compiled the“State Grid Corporation Network and Information Security Report",and formulated the“State Grid Corporation Power Key Information”.Infrastructure Network Security Special Improvement Plan.Under this situation,the traditional GPS part of the power system is replaced by the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)[3]independently developed by China.The short message communication function unique to BDS is also necessary.Will have a lot to do in power production operations.Therefore,in order to realize real-time monitoring of the operation process and complete backup and rapid sharing of historical operations,improve the reliability and confidentiality of the operation process,and reduce direct or indirect economic losses caused by safety accidents,develop a set of BDS-based technology and A highly real-time,interactive,reliable,and systematic intelligent production and operation safety management system is very necessary.In summary,this paper designs and implements a set of power operation online supervision platform based on BDS technology(hereinafter referred to as online supervision platform).The main work is as follows:First of all,based on a large number of preliminary research work,the actual production operation data of Changchun,Lanzhou and other regions were collected,and the situation of the on-site operation,existing problems and the needs of different management and control objects were collated and analyzed,and the existing domestic and international power operations were combined.Manage the relevant content of the system,build and design the logical structure and basic framework of the online supervision platform;Secondly,according to the logical structure and basic framework of the online supervision platform,based on the PhpStorm development platform,design and develop the Web client software to achieve multi-role and full-time operation supervision;Thirdly,combined with the actual working environment and operation requirements,screen the terminal PDA that meets the operation requirements and design rules,develop the PDA short message communication function,and develop and web client based on the hardware/software environment of the terminal PDA based on the Android Developer Tools development environment.Terminal software App adapted to the Web client software;Then,research 4G wireless communication technology and H.264 video image processing technology,analyze the key factors affecting real-time video transmission between terminal PDA and Web client during the information interaction process of the platform during normal operation;study real-time video transmission Karton drop frame Principle,propose an improved video transmission optimization algorithm to improve the quality of real-time information interaction between the supervision center and the job site;Finally,the online supervision platform is put into the actual power grid operation,and the software is compared and evaluated in terms of work efficiency,operation cost,power grid safety and reliability,etc.,and the software architecture function is improved according to the actual needs of the job site,and the grid enterprise is targeted.Constructive comments were made on deficiencies such as management mechanisms.
