Nowadays,with the support of our government,Beidou Satellite Navigation system is in an unprecedented period of rapid development after the completion of Beidou No.3 system.In the field of power engineering operation,with the continuous improvement of the automation level of power engineering,the importance of daily inspection and operation and maintenance tasks in key areas of power plant,unattended substations and UHV transmission lines is self-evident.In practice,how to realize effective on-line supervision of electric power engineering operation and give full play to its advantages of intelligence,automation,information and high efficiency has become an important subject to be faced at present.As a matter of fact,the safety management of electric power engineering operation is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and the application of Beidou navigation(BDS-RDSS technology)is imperative.For example,the power management department can use the timing function of Beidou navigation system to unify the system time,develop the short message function of intelligent terminal equipment,and build emergency communication channel in remote areas without communication signal.The BDS-RDSS active location information of Beidou terminal can be transmitted to command center in real time.Under this situation,GPS part has been gradually replaced by domestic BDS system,so this paper has developed a set of on-line supervision system of engineering operation based on BDS technology.Specific research work is as follows:(1)At the beginning of development and design,the basic frame system,logical structure and so on combine the field investigation to the on-line supervision of the engineering operation of the electric power enterprise,respectively,combing out the system functional requirements,non-functional requirements and other requirements on the two levels of theory and practice.Furthermore,the system architecture of "terminal-satellite-command machine-central server-Web client" is clarified,and the network extension architecture and software system design are basically completed.(2)Design and development of two systems software for Web and mobile terminals.Further,the online regulatory system developed in this paper also involves the following three key technologies.from the point of view of the application of BDS technology,we can make full use of BDS technology to realize clock synchronization,and give full play to the fast active positioning of the BDS-RDSS.it shows that the system can realize real-time monitoring of the moving trajectory of fixed cameras,drones and on-site inspectors.In terms of hardware,Beidou terminal with baseband chip,RF chip and power amplifier can realize positioning and communication function by configuring external equipment.The BDS-I short message function of mobile terminal is developed.While analyzing the principle of Beidou first and second generation short message technology,the reliable transmission problem of BDS-I short message communication is analyzed emphatically.Considering that the online video transmission of power operation has the phenomena of delay Catton and packet loss due to the weak signal of 4 G,the traditional optimization algorithm can only satisfy the stable transmission but inevitably cause the loss of video key frames.It is not conducive to the management of online supervision and command center.Therefore,under the analysis of the influencing factors of video transmission between client and mobile terminal,an active frame loss optimization algorithm based on the principle of priority is proposed.Thus,the real-time interactive demand of video content quality and transmission stability is satisfied.On the aspect of system security management,the system data security network architecture is designed,and the application of BDS-I short message half byte compression algorithm and MD5 encryption algorithm is discussed to meet the basic needs of system security.(3)Develop comprehensive system operation and testing for power engineering operations.From the point of view of result orientation,the basic functions of Web end and mobile end have passed strict test and evaluation,and the effectiveness and practicability of the system have been basically verified.At the same time,compared with the test results of the improved video transmission algorithm,it is found that the network delay rate and packet loss rate can be controlled within a stable interval with the increase of cache occupancy rate in the process of real-time video transmission.
