In recent years,the use of electricity in China has been increasing year by year,and the demand for reliability of electricity is also increasing.Urban distribution network plays a decisive role in the development of a strong smart grid.In the distribution automation system,it is of great practical significance to study how to correctly and quickly restore the power supply to the faulty power loss zone.In this thesis,the improved artificial bee colony-ant colony algorithm(ABC-ACO)is used to study the fault recovery and reconstruction of urban distribution network.It is also a new extension of artificial intelligence algorithm.Based on a large number of references,this thesis summarizes the current research status of fault recovery and reconstruction of distribution network,and analyzes the advantages of ant colony algorithm.Firstly,the distribution network of urban district is analyzed from two aspects of connection mode and load transfer.The function and development direction of distribution automation system are introduced.Based on the analysis of several common power flow calculations,a matrix-based current forward-back generation power flow calculation method is proposed and summarized.Secondly,on the basis of introducing the artificial bee colony algorithm and the basic ant colony algorithm in detail,the improved ABC-ACO algorithm is put forward,and the ant colony algorithm is improved by introducing the global search and local search of the artificial bee colony.In-depth search around the current optimal solution,and global search based on pheromone.The basic requirements and recovery process of fault recovery and reconstruction in distribution network are discussed.A mathematical model for fault recovery and reconstruction of distribution network based on comprehensive multi-objective functions is constructed and the constraint conditions such as radial power supply,line current and node voltage are considered.For the DG distribution network,it is considered as two independent optimization problems of isolated island partition and residual network fault recovery.Then,the model is solved by determining the switch set and the analytic hierarchy process to solve the function weight,and the fault recovery and reconstruction of the distribution network is performed with the objective value of the minimum total objective function as the optimization goal.Finally,the improved artificial bee colony-ant colony algorithm is applied to the fault recovery and reconstruction of distribution network.Through MATLAB programming simulation,the standard nodes are used to demonstrate that the improved algorithm has the function advantages in the traditional distribution network and the distribution network with DG.By collating and collecting a large number of actual distribution network data in an urban area of Anqiu,use this as an example,and compare it with other improved ant colony algorithm to verify the improved algorithm in actual distribution is more feasible and effective.
