Study On Green Management Performance Evaluation Of Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises

With the increasingly prominent resource and environment problem,the concept of green management has gradually become the hot topic of the enterprise.As an economic pillar industry in China,automobile manufacturing enterprises had adverse effects on environment,such as waste of resources and environmental pollution,from all aspects of production,utilization and scrapping.Under the trend of the era of environmental protection in China,these problems have made the automobile enterprises have to begin to think seriously about the way of future management and development.Performance evaluation is an important tool for business management,and the performance is directly affected by the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance to integrate the idea of green management performance evaluation into the performance evaluation of automobile manufacturing enterprises,and establish a scientific and effective performance evaluation model for automobile enterprises,which is bound to bring new vitality to the automotive industry.First of all,based on the research status at home and abroad,this paper expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical foundation of the performance evaluation index system of automobile enterprises,and its theoretical basis mainly includes green management and performance evaluation theory.Secondly,aiming at the current situation and existing problems of the performance evaluation of automobile manufacturing enterprises,we integrate the idea of green management into the balanced scorecard,The balanced scorecard is improved,and the green management performance evaluation index system of automobile manufacturing enterprises is designed based on the improved balanced scorecard,The evaluation index system is set up in four aspects of economic operation performance,operation management performance,ecological environment performance and social benefit performance.On this basis,the main factors affecting the performance of enterprise green management are analyzed and studied.Thirdly,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the performance evaluation methods of various enterprises,and finally chooses the grey relational method to construct the evaluation model,and uses the improved analytic hierarchy process and the variation coefficient method to determine the weight of each index.At last,5 auto manufacturing enterprises were selected and analyzed.Based on the results of grey comprehensive correlation analysis,the green management model,green production planning,industrial cluster development and talent innovation strategy were designed for the green development of enterprises in four aspects.
