Manufacturing industry which acts as a pillar industry of the national economy, account for the largest proportion in the aspect of the energy resources’consumption, and also it is one of the important sources of pollution emissions. Mechanical and electrical products account for the largest proportion in the manufacturing industry, so the green design of mechanical and electrical products is an effective measure to solve environmental problems. The content of green design is rich; this article’s studies focuses on the material selection, evaluation of disassembly sequences, recovery strategy three aspects. The final result of green design should be presented as green products, so how to judge whether a product is a green product has become an important issue in the progress of the green design of electromechanical products.The research of the article mainly focuses on the following aspects:(1) Come up with a green material selection model based on gray correlation degree and the ideal solutions method. Select the material of air-conditioning’s indoor shell, which achieve expected results.(2) Propose a feasible disassembly sequence evaluation model based on ideal solution point method and information entropy theory. Subsequently, using this method of the air conditioner outdoor unit preferentially evaluate possible disassembly sequence, examples show that the method simplifies the product selection process sequence removable improve further the efficiency of the manufacturing process.(3) Aiming at the situation of mechanical and electrical products’lower recycle rate, we conclude a suit method of recycling products manage strategy, simplifies the recycling program decision-making processes of mechanical and electrical products, increased recycling efficiency, and take two cases of air-conditioning recycle as example, verify the feasibility of the method.(4) According the building of evaluation index system of green product, considering characteristics of electromechanical products, we propose a general evaluation index system of mechanical and electrical products.(5) Aiming at the problem that the objective is bad when use AHP to evaluate, we propose a method which combine the theory of information entropy with AHP, and establish an evaluating process of electromechanical product green degree based on entropy and AHP.(6) Taking the air conditioning products as an example, use mechanical and electrical products evaluation index system and method of Entropy-AHP to evaluate it, we get a green-degree result, analysis the result and give suggestions for improvement.
