The electronic belt scale is a kind of measuring equipment which can automatically,real-time and continuously weighs the materials transported by the belt conveyor.Because of its high efficiency,it is widely used in mining,metallurgy,port and other industries.At present,the host system of many electronic belt scales in China is mainly based on the design and development of 51 single-chip microcomputers and traditional integrated circuits.It not only has low functional integration,slow operation speed,poor data processing capability,poor reliability,but also the selected components are gradually on the edge of technology obsolescence.In order to improve the accuracy and overall performance of the electronic belt scale,this paper presents the research and design of the host system of the electronic belt scale based on the embedded single-chip microcomputer,and upgrades the array type electronic belt scale.Studies and designs a new host system of the electronic belt scale with high detection precision,long-term stability,good communication function and friendly display interface.This paper analyzes the structure,composition and working principle of the array scale,and designs the main machine system of the belt scale from two aspects of hardware and software.The hardware part of electronic belt scale is mainly composed of embedded single chip microcomputer,weighing signal amplification and acquisition,speed signal acquisition,data storage,LCD display,signal output,matrix keyboard,and power supply.Taking STM32F107 embedded single chip as the core,make full use of the related functions provided by the chip to design and develop the host system;the HX711 chip is used to amplify the two-channel weighing signal and collect data,and the data is transmitted to the CPU through serial data communication;the roller pulse speed sensor is used to measure the speed of the transport belt,and the pulse is accumulated through the CPU The operation speed of the belt is obtained by calculating and processing;the D/A output provided by the embedded single-chip microcomputer is used to design the current loop circuit with AD694 chip to output the 4-20 mA signal reflecting the real-time flow;the switch power supply and various power supply elements are used to provide different power supply voltage for various circuits and sensors;the LCD19264 display module is used to realize the display of data and graphics;the 4X4 thin film matrix keyboard for keyboard operation.By using Altium Designer 16 circuit design software,the schematic design of the system board and the power board is carried out,the PCB circuit board is designed and made,and the main machine system of the array electronic belt scale composed of the system board,the power board,the LCD display screen,the switching power supply and the case is formed.Using Keil's mdk5.25 program development software,design and develop the host software of the array electronic belt scale,and design and develop driver program,filter program,data processing and calculation program,system management program.The driver mainly includes: A/D data acquisition,D/A output,time,I/O,storage and reading,LCD display,keyboard;according to the characteristics of the load cell signal,the improved median average filtering algorithm is adopted;the instantaneous value,average value and cumulative value of material flow are obtained through the data processing and calculation program;the system management program mainly displays data and graphics,keyboard operation,fault diagnosis.Through the research,design and development of the hardware and software of the host system based on the advanced STM32F107 embedded single chip microcomputer,the development of the host system of the array electronic belt scale is completed,and the improvement has been made in the detection accuracy,calculation ability,system management,reliability and stability.
