With the rapid development of our country’s society and economy,the pollution of large industry is becoming increasingly serious.In response to the nation’s slogan of energy saving and emission reduction,THE ENERGY CONSERVATION LAW OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA should be obeyed,according to which the new buildings and existing buildings should be installed with heat metering devices.As a typical representative of the heat metering device,the heat meter can accurately measure and display the value of heat which flow through the heat exchange system in a certain period of time.It is of great significance to promote the awareness of energy saving and emission reduction for consumers,and to realize energy conservation.This thesis is based on the phase difference method chip,UTA6905,which is introduced by ICCI Semiconductor Corporation,and uses the measuring principle of phase diversity.This thesis designs an ultrasonic wave heat meter with low power consumption.In order to improve the accuracy of the heat meter and reduce power consumption,it’s designed by UTA6905 at the same time,using the low power consumption of HUAHONG HC16L series microcontroller as the main control chip,through ultrasonic transducer and Pt1000 temperature sensor to measure the flow velocity and temperature.The UTA6905 integrates phase difference measurement unit,pulse generator unit,temperature measurement unit and so on,which can realize the time measurement,temperature measurement and heat pulse precise calculation,meet the accuracy requirements of the 2 level meter of the industry standard,and can run stably in the environment of the industry standard.In order to ensure that the stable work of ultrasonic heat meter,after completing the design of low power ultrasonic heat meter,according to the verification regulation of calorimeter "JJG225-2010",a heat meter detection environment is built,with the heat meter heat and flow tested. |
