| With the domestic housing developed quickly, it is more important in central heatingand detached measurement of the heating industry. However compared to foreignwell-rounded technology of heating measurement, domestic technology of heatingmeasurement has ?been springing up just now. In order to develop domestictechnology of heating measurement very fast, the related departments and manycompanies have been spending much manpower and many material resources on it,for example calorimeter.The paper describes the operational principle and structure of the single-bodycalorimeter. First, the single-body structure is designed so that error is reduced andheat energy is protected from being stolen. Secondly, electromagnetic vortexflow-sensor is framed that gradually decreased pipe and gradually expanded pipe areadopted in its structure and electromagnetic vortex detection method is used tomeasure detached frequency. Finally, digital temperature-sensor is introduced so thatcircuit is simple and cost is reduced.The signal processing circuit of the single-body calorimeter is a low-powermicro-controller system, so it can be powered by lithium battery, which could widenits application range. In order to reduce power consumption, some low-powertechniques are adopted in both hardware and software.In addition, the single-body calorimeter has RS-485 interface and can communicatewith computer in quite far distance so that computer collects data.The experimental result of the single-body calorimeter has proved that thesingle-body calorimeter has a splendid future. |
