When the wheel washing machine works,the box body is subjected to the vibration and excitation of the internal rotating parts,which bears a relatively complex load.It causes a strong vibration,which will cause the body shift of the washing machine,and also the problem of collision.Therefore,the vibration characteristic of the box is an important part of the vibration control of the washing machine.In the course of transportation,falling is also the main reason of washing machine box damage.In this paper,the simulation and experimental research on vibration and drop of the washing machine box are carried out.In this paper,finite element analysis is used to analyze the vibration of the washing machine box.Through the relevant information of the natural frequency and vibration pattern of the model,the stress and deformation of the washing machine box are obtained.The modal analysis and its comparison with the original box model test verify its correctness.It is concluded that the inherent frequency of the improved structure 5 is the fastest.The inherent frequency is raised from 14.078Hz to 22.421Hz,compared with the original structure.The amplitude is59.3%,which provides guidance for optimization design,so as to realize the optimization of design plan.In the dehydration stage,the eccentric force generated by the clothing at high speed causes the vibration of the whole machine,and increases the possibility of the shift of the washing machine fuselage.According to the vibration displacement analysis under the dewatering condition of the whole machine system of the wave wheel washing machine,the vibration displacement values of different base feet are obtained.The structure of the elastic bottom is designed through the action characteristics of the bottom foot.It is concluded that the structure of the bottom foot of the ABS+PU is reduced by 0.23mm than the base foot structure of the NBR,and the amplitude is reduced to 50%.Effective measures are provided for solving the problem of fuselage shift.Washing machine Drop is the main reason for washing machine damage during the transportation process.By use of the finite element method,the drop simulation is carried out.The variation of stress distribution,the velocity time curve and the acceleration time curve are obtained.The damage characteristics of the washing machine under various conditions are analyzed.The drop test is carried out at the height of 1000mm,and the correctness of the simulation is verified.The cushion is designed for improvement according to the force condition.In the falling test,it is found that the whole washing machine is complete and undamaged.In view of the application demand,the drop simulation of washing machine at different heights is completed,which is helpful to the design of the packing material.This paper uses simulation and experimental test to optimize the vibration damping and falling system of the wave wheel washing machine.The results can effectively reduce the vibration and the falling damage of the washing machine,providing guidance to its design and manufacture.
