| The popularity of drum washing machines has given people great convenience,but the vibration problems of drum washing machines persist,which restricts the further development of the industry.This study takes Skyworth F1221 TDI direct-drive drum washing machine as the research object and investigates its dynamic performance and parameter optimization.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Considering that the washing machine is composed of four dampers that are not in the same plane,the Lagrange equation is used to derive the six-degree-of-freedom vibration differential equation of the suspension system.Under two different working conditions,its dynamic performance is analyzed,which lay a theoretical foundation for parameter optimization and model verification.(2)A vibration measuring platform for the drum washing machine is constructed.Then two measuring points are set on the box to measure the horizontal amplitude,and one measuring point on the outer tube is set to measure the amplitude in three directions.The distribution of the eccentric mass is divided into four working conditions.Within each working condition,37 kinds of rotation speeds are measured to obtain the vibration responses of the drum washing machine under dehydration conditions and provide a data basis for parameter optimization.(3)The modals of the cabinet of the drum washing machine are analyzed and measured,determining whether the first few natural frequencies of the cabinet are close to the operating frequency.Then the results of modal experiments are used to modify the analysis model to generate a modal neutral file,facilitating the subsequent establishment of rigid-flexible coupling models.(4)A three-dimension model of the drum washing machine is built using UG,which is imported into ADAMS after simplification to establish a virtual prototype of the drum washing machine.The model is verified with the measurement data.The modal neutral file of the box is generated to establish a rigid-flexible coupling model.The design variables,objective functions,and driver functions are created to parameterize the model.Optimization is implemented to determine the optimal parameters,and sliding analysis is performed for the washing machine under this set of parameters. |
