As an indispensable tool in people's lives,washing machines are developing in the direction of low noise,multi-functionality,and low energy consumption.When the drum washing machine is dewatered,the uneven distribution of laundry in the washing machine causes severe vibration,which not only generates noise but also greatly reduces its service life.Therefore,it is very important to study the control technology of quickly identifying the dehydration eccentricity of the washing machine and reducing the vibration in time.In order to reduce the vibration and noise caused by unbalanced loads during the dehydration of the drum washing machine,this thesis studies the rapid identification technology of the load imbalance during dewatering based on the triaxial acceleration sensor,and controls the motor rotation speed according to the amount of eccentricity,thus reducing vibration and noise of washing machine.Firstly,the principle of detecting the vibration signal of the drum washing machine was analyzed,the signal detection system hardware and software are designed separately,the experimental platform was built on the basis of theoretical analysis.Secondly,the triaxial acceleration sensor is used to collect the acceleration signal of the drum during the dehydration of the washing machine in real time,and the acceleration signal data of the drum washing machine collected by MATLAB is filtered and integrated in the frequency domain using the MATLAB algorithm.The accuracy of speed and displacement indicator parameters is higher.The real-time monitoring function of the acceleration and displacement data of the drum washing machine is achieved by the upper computer software.By analyzing the collected data under different eccentric states,the relationship between acceleration,displacement,and eccentric load weight is obtained.Based on the analysis of X-axis,Y-axis,and Z-axis acceleration data and balance load data,the eccentric load is determined by the fuzzy neural network,and the eccentric load is divided into four levels,then the motor speed is controlled according to the weight of the eccentric load to reduce the excessive vibration of the drum washing machine caused by excessive eccentricity.Finally,the simulation is performed on MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that motor speed can be affected by the weight of the eccentric load.By controlling the motor rotation speed,reduce the severe vibration of the drum washing machine and realize the stable operation of the drum washing machine.
