In this thesis we use finite element method to carry out the static and dynamic calculation and strength analysis of hinge gate,hinge gate,split annulus gate and main body of explosion vessel.The stress state of the main body of explosion vessel is obtained and the stress states of the three gate structures are compared in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of mechanical properties of these gates are pointed out:In the application of large explosive vessel,the mechanical properties of hinge gate and hinge gate are better than those of split annulus gate.For small explosive vessels,the split annulus structure still has many advantages,such as excellent sealing effect,fast opening and closing and so on.Aiming at the problems of complex structure,complicated operation,poor sealing reliability and high cost of shock-resistant sealing of explosive vessel channel,a wedge-shaped sealing technology for channel is proposed in this paper.Through the design of wedge-shaped teeth of sealing plate and wedged-shaped ring groove of the channel support,the sealing plate is embedded in the wedge-shaped ring groove of the channel support through the wedge-shaped teeth structure during detonation loading.Then plastic deformation occurs,and the tight combination between metals forms,thus realizing the effective sealing of explosive impact.The structure is simple,and it does not occupy extra space and has good sealing effect.by using finite element method and experimental method,the optimum interference of the wedge tooth width of the hole wedge sealing technology is determined.The influence of wedge tooth width on sealing effect is compared under a certain size boundary condition.The optimum size range of tooth width is determined,which provides a reference for the design of channel sealing structure of explosive vessel.In this thesis we also summarize the principles,opening and closing modes,advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of gates of explosive vessels,and summarize some typical applications of manhole doors in other industries,introduce the structural principles and opening and closing modes of hatches in aerospace,aviation,mining and other fields,summarize the characteristics of these kinds of hatches and analyses the feasibility of their application in large explosive vessels.And it provides a reference for the diversified design of large explosive vessel gates.
