The modern city construction requires a lot of concrete,but demolition of dilapidated from urban construction generate huge construction rubbish,to solve the key contradiction between the resource consumption and construction waste has become a major problem.Put forward and application of recycled concrete(RAC)is the best way to solve this problem,on one hand to save natural resources,alleviate shortage resources;on the other hand,consumption of construction waste and beautify the environment.With the development of city's construction,high-rise building trend to intelligent development,a variety of pipeline squeeze building space,the concrete beams with web-opending to through the ducts and pipes is the most direct and effective method to solve this problem.Based on the above,this paper is based on the research of RAC beam and RC opening beam,then further studies the recycled concrete beam.Experimental research to analysis six RAC beam's shear performance,including one for plain girder,five beams with different holes in the end of the RAC beams.Research shear behavior of different perforated beams,and using ABAQUS to establish the finite element models and calculate to analysis and compare with experiment values.Draw the following conclusions:(1)the RAC beam leaving the hole in the end breaks the section continuity,weak the overall stiffness of the beam,and changes the force transmission mechanism of the beam,the stress concentration appear around the hole,so that reduces the RAC beam's shear bearing capacity.(2)Leaving different holes have different effect to the RAC beam,the circular hole on the beam is the best,and the prism hole on the beam is the worst.The main reason is related to the height of the holes.(3)The shear stress behavior of beam section is analyzed,and different pore sections have different calculation method of bearing capacity,which provides suggestions and references for the further study of RAC open beam.(4)Analysis different holes shape with ABAQUS finite element analyzing software,the damage characteristics of load-deflection carve are similar to experiment.And analyze the shear capacity of RAC beam with different position of holes,show that the opening of the hole as far as possible to avoid the bearing and the loading point of attachment.
