The contact stiffness and damping of the mechanical joint surface are two important parameters used to characterize the contact characteristic parameters of the mechanical joint surface.And they relate to the static and dynamic characteristics of the whole machine,and are closely related to the vibration and its control of the mechanical structure.In this paper,the surface texture technology is introduced into the mechanical joint surface to study the influence of the surface texture on the normal and tangential contact properties of the bonding surface,and the influence mechanism is analyzed.At first,this paper summarizes the predecessors of the combination of the contact stiffness and damping parameter modeling and experimental research.The paper introducing the contents of surface texture technology and in combination with advantages in the study of surface,thus raises the research direction of this article,which is the combination of pit type surface texture surface contact stiffness and damping of the experimental research.The paper explors from the Angle of combining the surface design and puts forward the active control method combined with the characteristic of surface contact.Then,based on modal frequency method,the paper designs and builds in combination with surface contact stiffness and damping parameter identification test device and processings different pit diameter,depth and density of normal and tangential surface texture of specimen,and designs the orthogonal experiment design.In this paper,the influence law and degree of three parameters of pit texture,namely diameter and depth surface density,on the normal and tangential contact stiffness and damping of the joint surface are studied.Then this paper discusses the surface texture effect combining with the mechanism of surface contact parameters.Finally,the effects of normal load and amplitude of excitation force on the contact performance of the interface are verified by experiments.
