With the rapid progress machinery industry in China,the demand for precision of mechanical systems in modern society is also increasing.In a mechanical system,the dynamic characteristic parameters of the mechanical joint surface affect the overall accuracy of the machine,such as contact stiffness,contact damping and other parameters.Therefore,improving the dynamic characteristics of the curved surface of the mechanical system has become the focus of study as the accuracy requirements of modern industrial systems are gradually increasing,Among the technical methods which affect the dynamic properties of the surface,the surface texture technology currently has a fairly good effect on improving the mechanical properties of the contact surface.Based on this idea,this paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis and simulation to study the dynamic contact characteristics of curved surfaces with micro-texture morphology under load.The specific content is as follows:(1)The research situation of surface texture technology is introduced,and the application status of texture technology at domestic and abroad is summarized.Based on this,the mechanism of its influence on the surface contact characteristics is narrated.And clarified the main research purpose of this paper: Research on the influence of the dynamic characteristic parameters of curved joints with texture.(2)According to the shape characteristics of the curved surface joints,this paper selects the curved surface with texture as the research object.Divide it into three parts: surface topography,non-textured rough surface,and micro-textured area,and then extract these three topographic features independently and express their topographic features with mathematical equations.Finally,the three part equations are integrated to establish the overall characterization equation,named characterization equation of the texture curved surface.In the integration process,the influence of the surface morphology on the surface texture and contact mode is considered,and the influence mechanism is described by introducing an offset angle.Finally,Matlab is used to simulate the curved surface established by the curved surface representation formula.The influence and change law of surface texture under different texture parameters like groove spacing d,groove depth h,etc,are studied.(3)Based on the M-B model and the surface contact density function,this paper considering the influence of the curved surface and surface texture on the parameters of the contact surface.Combining the curved surface morphology and surface texture parameters,the normal contact stiffness and contact damping models of the micro-textured curved surface are established.The method of numerical simulation analysis was used to explore the influence of surface texture on the dynamic contact parameters of curved surfaces,and the mechanism of the influence of texture parameters such as texture density on it is sorted out.At last,the similarities and differences of the dynamic contact characteristics between the curved surface and the plane under the same load are compared.(4)This paper uses the representation formula of curved surface texture to establish solid parts,and conducts Abacus finite element simulation analysis.The deformation and contact stiffness changes of rough surfaces with different texture densities under different loads are sorted out,and compared with the previous numerical simulation images.The established theoretical calculation model for the contact characteristics of the micro-texture contact surface has been verified.In this paper,a curved surface characterization function with surface texture is established;The theoretical models of normal static and dynamic contact stiffness and normal contact damping between the texture contact surfaces were established respectively based on the characterization formula.Through numerical simulation,the influence law of the contact characteristic parameters of the curved surface joint surface when the texture parameters and some external parameters change are studied.Finally,the established contact stiffness and contact damping models are verified by simulation analysis.This paper decomposes the complex texture contact surface,and uses specific parameters to describe the influence of each component of the overall joint surface on its dynamic contact characteristics.Combining numerical simulation and finite element simulation analysis to analyze the contact model from the perspective of deformation and load,which make the result more intuitive and accurate.The analysis of its influence law has important theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the joint performance of curved surfaces and improving the accuracy and friction performance of the overall mechanism.
