With the continuous acceleration of urbanization process,buildings become increasingly complex.The development and utilization of land is no longer limited to the surface,but also to the underground and overground space.2D GIS data can not directly reflect the distribution and utilization of real estate in space,which has certain limitations.The 3D city scene model based on oblique photography technology can truly reflect the use of real estate,and is suitable for browsing and displaying large-scale real estate scenes.It has unique advantages in the application of 3D real estate.Based on this advantage,this paper explores the combination of 3D city scene model and 3D real estate model to construct 3D real estate scene(3DRES),so as to solve the problem of low rendering efficiency of existing 3D building model in large-scale display.This paper will study the construction and integration of 3DRES.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the requirement of real estate management for 3D model,3DRES is constructed.Including large-scale 3DRES constructed by oblique photography technology and small-scale 3DRES composed of 3D cadastral and 3D building model.(2)Propose a 3DRES integration method based on Mashup,which realizes the integration and association of 3DRES and real estate data,including the association of large-scale 3D city scene model and real estate data,the spatial matching of 3D building model and large-scale 3D city scene model,and explores the scheduling mechanism of 3DRES.(3)Based on the Cesium 3D visualization method,combined with the 3DRES constructed in this paper,the visualization of large-scale 3D city scene model and 3D building model is realized respectively.(4)In the practical application of 3DRES,in order to solve the problem that the 3D building model and the 3D city scene model can not fully match.Proposed a spatial expansion algorithm for directional polygons.It is used to automatically expand the hierarchical household diagram,construct the 3D building model for expression,and optimize the visualization of the 3DRES.(5)According to the 3DRES constructed in this paper,combined with the actual business requirements,this paper design and implement a 2D-3D real estate information management platform based on B/S architecture,and validate the previous research content of this paper.
