Study On The Impact Of Assembled Building Industrialization On Urban Construction

After experiencing a multi-stage construction and development process,the city with population agglomeration puts forward a higher-level urban construction concept to realize the harmony of production,life,ecology and city.As a new construction mode,assembly building industrialization not only helps to save resources,energy and enhance economic benefits,but also alleviates housing shortage and promotes diversified development of the industry.The whole process of design,production,construction,inspection and operation is closely related to urban construction.Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of assembly building industrialization on urban construction.Sound has important theoretical and practical significance.From this point of view,in order to scientifically and rationally utilize the development of assembly building industrialization to bring greater positive effects on urban construction,and to better promote the development of assembly building industrialization while improving the level of urban construction,on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the impact of assembly building industrialization on urban construction,the specific analysis of the impact of assembly building industrialization on urban construction is carried out.Firstly,in order to determine the dependence of assembly building industrialization on influencing factors,the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of assembly building industrialization are carried out.Constructing a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation index system,explaining the meaning of evaluation index,and using Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct the evaluation model of assembly building industrialization,it is found that assembly building industrialization has the highest dependence on policy environment,production and operation,market environment,economic environment,structural component design and building inspection factors,and structural component production and on-site assembly and construction.Manufacturing factors have a low impact on the industrialization of assembly building,but they are indispensable factors to improve the development of assembly building industrialization in the future.Secondly,in order to determine the comprehensive score and development of urban construction,the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of urban construction are carried out.Construct a comprehensive rating index system of urban construction including the broad connotation of urban physical construction and urban spiritual construction,construct a comprehensive evaluation model of urban construction by using Principal Component Analysis method,and calculate 22 indexes of urban construction in 31 provinces and cities nationwide quantitatively.The comprehensive score of urban construction has a long span,which indicates that there are significant differences in the level of urban construction among provinces and cities in China.Finally,in order to determine the impact of factors affecting assembly building industrialization on urban construction,the empirical analysis of the impact of assembly building industrialization on urban construction is carried out.According to the factors affecting the industrialization of assembled building and the comprehensive score of urban construction obtained from the calculation,through the ridge regression mathematical model,the influence of the factors affecting the industrialization of assembled building on urban construction is studied in depth,and it is confirmed that the production,operation and economic environment have the highest impact on urban construction,and that the production of structural components,policy environment and market environment have a higher impact on urban construction.Component design,on-site assembly and construction and building inspection have the lowest impact on urban construction.After checking the model with a certain city's actual cases,the corresponding construction development suggestions are given.The innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in the research on the impact degree of urban construction by using the influencing factors of assembly building industrialization as indicators,so as to realize the comprehensive development of the assembly building industrialization and urban construction from the perspective of overall consideration.
