Study On Renewal Design Of Nanta Park Area In Shenyang

South Tower,built in 1644,is an important part of Shenyangundefineds urban history,culture and spatial structure.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,South Tower is gradually flooded by chaotic urban construction.Dense multi-storey housing,crowded with the limited space around the south tower;street-facing small commercial,blocking the city properties of the south tower;The simple park green space restricted the public functions of the South Tower,scattered temporary facilities,and disrupted the order of the regional space.It is imperative to renew the regional space with the south tower as its core.On the basis of systematic investigation of the present situation of space environment in Nanta area.This paper analyzes the location characteristics and environmental elements of Nanta in the city,and defines the historical and cultural characteristics of Nanta on the basis of comprehensive review of relevant literature.Based on the theoretical achievements of urban renewal,this paper puts forward the principles of integrity,coordination,development and people-oriented renewal,and then discusses the strategy of updating the Nanta region from three aspects:space,culture and society.At the spatial level,taking the whole regional synergy as the starting point,this paper puts forward the means of integrating the urban spatial structure,the urban green network,the surrounding texture,and establishing the regional composite texture.The main axis of the original building is respected and retained by the way of emphasizing the main axis of the original building.At the cultural level,the spatial characteristics of traditional architecture,the characteristics of traditional architectural modeling,the typical symbols of historical architecture and the cultural elements of historical temple fairs are extracted respectively,and their applications are simplified,abstracted and modernized.At the social level,to enrich the activity space and improve the quality of life by introducing new functions,implantation of humanized activity sites and setting up activities venues of different groups.This paper explores the historical and cultural connotation of the South Pagoda from the point of view of the structural characteristics of the regional space around the South Pagoda and the integration of the regional space,so as to enhance the visual appreciation and attraction of the South Pagoda.As the carrier of Shenyang city logo and regional vitality,the south tower needs to be preserved and inherited.The design of diversified space makes the value of human space node and the meaning of citizen leisure activity space reflected.In the rapid development of the city today to add a historical aftertaste of the landscape.Taking Nanta Park as the center,Wenchui Road in the south,South Tower Street in the west,Culture Road in the north and East Tower Street in the east as the research scope,this paper re-constructs the space in the old urban area with open green space and emphasizes its characteristics.Summarize the organizational methods and strategies.Under the guidance of Professor Wu Liangyongundefineds integrity principle and Kevin Lynchundefineds theory of city image,the author uses the methods of literature review,field observation,questionnaire,analysis and contrast,etc.,to find out the problems existing in the scene.Use the design to find a solution.
