With the market economy of construction projects,project cost management directly affects the investment benefits of construction projects.The management of project costs for construction projects is no longer limited to settlement after the fact,but has been extended to the entire process of construction projects,and the bidding stage is one of the key points of control of project costs and belongs to a kind of proactive control in advance.It focuses on the control of the terms of the contract for bidding,site investigation,bidding documents,the preparation of the bill of quantities and the statement of valuation of the list,and is the basis for the pre-mentioned control of project construction cost and project settlement.It is crucial for the smooth implementation of investment control and engineering management.With the rapid development of the Chinese construction market,the bidding system and contract system have been improved step by step,so how to control the construction cost reasonably is worth further study.Therefore,this paper takes the new roadway tree project section in Shenhe District as the research object,and compares the construction projects in the database as the basis to analyze and study the price determination in the bidding process.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the research on the price of basic branch engineering by fuzzy identification method.The matching data group was selected by fuzzy identification method,and the price range of the base segment project was determined by expert evaluation method and maximum and minimum degree of proximity method.(2)Using Fuzzy clustering method to determine the Project Price of subsidiary structures,fuzzy clustering is used as a forecasting tool to obtain the proportion of each branch project to the total cost.The fuzzy clustering method is used to classify the data,find out the data groups with high similarity degree,and establish the original matrix for clustering analysis,and obtain the dynamic clustering diagram,which provides a basis for estimating the project price of the subsidiary structure.(3)For the cost of greening planting project,the principal component comprehensive evaluation method and the hierarchical clustering method are used to analyze the calculation basis is the same database.Using the principal component comprehensive evaluation method,the data is considered as a whole,and the price range is calculated by comparing the similarity of data sets.It is suitable for complex engineering structure and large engineering volume.The hierarchical clustering method is to decompose the data one by one and find out the data group with common characteristics to determine the price range,which is suitable for the case where the engineering structure is simple and the project volume is small.Using these two methods,the price range of greening planting project is obtained under different circumstances.In summary,this article mainly confirms and analyzes the project bid bottom in the bidding process.The bidding stage is an important stage to determine the project construction contract price,and has a direct impact on the future construction and even the completion and settlement of the project.In the bidding process,effective control of the maximum bid price can reduce the investment of funds and achieve good economic benefits.
