Research Of Green Railway Station Based On Fuzzy Grey Clustering Evaluation Model

In recent years, our country economy rapid development, and large-scale railway project construction, the resulting environmental pollution and ecological destruction, resource utilization, energy supply has become increasingly prominent. For both good and fast development of economy, and to protect the ecological environment, our country pay more attention to saving resources and protecting the environment, promoting ecological civilization, the development of the concept of sustainability in harmony with nature, advocate vigorously to develop green GDP, the construction of green railway.Railway as an important infrastructions and leading industries, has an irreplaceable role in national economic and social development.At the same time, railway station is essential part of the entire railway transportation. Therefore, in order to adapt to Green GDP and Green Railway station development goals, we have to evaluate the Green railway station scientificly and rationally. It is valuable of index system of Green passenger railway station, under the condition of different climate zones, scales, and natural environment. The paper based on the “Green Railway station evaluation criteria”, mainly for the following research:First of all, by reading a lot of literature and related information, a brief introduction at the present level of development of comprehensive evaluation of green buildings, putting “green” into the railway station. Simultaneously, referring and retrieving relevant literature to understand the development of Green Railway Station Comprehensive Assessment System, to study the significance of Green Railway Station Evaluation System.The second, the related theory of comprehensive evaluation about Green passenger railway station, research the green railway, green passenger railway station their basic meaning and related terms, the theoretical basis of the passenger railway station comprehensive evaluation, with the comparison and determination of commonly used weights and comprehensive evaluation method, laid the theoretical foundation for this study.Once again, according to the characteristics of the railway station, to determine the objectives and principles of the establishment about Green railway station evaluation index system. “Green Railway Station rating criteria”, a book based on land and from the outdoor environment, energy conservation and energy use, water conservation and water use, materials and material resources, indoor environmental quality, construction management, operation and management of seven establishment of a comprehensive evaluation of green Railway station aspect index system, scoring criteria and evaluation level.Then, through comparative analysis, establishing evaluation on Green railway station based on fuzzy grey clustering method. The comprehensive evaluation model combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey clustering method, the method of using a combination of subjective and objective weights determined the final weight of the fusion weights, and then invite the specific ratings criteria for scientific experts on the three indicators score, and using fuzzy gray clustering evaluation model obtained an index score, and calculating an index score,at last, through the above formula evaluation grades, calculating a final score of passenger railway station, it is concluded that the passenger railway station’s star level.Finally, selecting an actual case of the train station, analysing and evaluating the level of green specifically and verifying the validity and enforceability of the established evaluation model.
