Design And Performance Test Of Enthalpy Of Automobile Air Conditioning

The new energy bus can ease the environmental pollution problems of the energy automotive industry,so that research and development of energy-efficient car air-conditioning system is conducive to the popularity of new energy buses.In this paper,the air conditioning system is designed for the new energy bus,and at the same time,an enthalpy difference laboratory is designed and constructed to test the performance of the air conditioner.(1)Design bus air conditioning system.The design of the car air-conditioning system for the dual refrigeration system,each system can be run independently,and then for the design of the bus air conditioning system for equipment selection,procurement and assembly work.(2)Design and construction enthalpy difference laboratory.The basis of the design is GB/T 21361-2008 "Air Conditioner for Automobiles",and experimental parts,experimental systems and enthalpy difference laboratories are designed according to the actual conditions of the cooperating units.Then equipment selection and procurement are carried out for the designed laboratories And ready to build laboratory and other work.(3)Based on labview development of test and test system.The labview software platform is used to design and develop the data acquisition system and data processing system.The experimental measurement instruments mainly use the sensor equipment for data acquisition.With the combination of data acquisition system and data processing system,the data of all the measurement parameters can be collected at the same time and transmitted directly to the computer Data processing,effectively improve the experimental work efficiency.(4)For the designed bus air conditioning performance test.The experimental equipment and the prototype air conditioner were prepared.The air enthalpy difference method was used to test the performance of the air conditioner.The experimental data were obtained and the results were analyzed experimentally.
