Research On Optimization Of Air Conditioning Control System For Operating Department

This dissertation aim at the difficult problems of clean operating department in current hospital, such as temperature & humidity control and high energy consumption counterbalance between cool and heat, to seek a method which can not only adjust the temperature& humidity effectively but also energy conserving for the air conditioning system of operating department. Therefore, this article takes the humidity control priority thought as the instruction, proceeds with the heat & humidity treatment and air conditioning system setting, makes a full comparison between the schemes of primary return air and secondary return air based on the centralized fresh air handle system, educes the system skeleton that centralized fresh handling, canceling primary return air, strengthening the humidity control priority function of fresh air handling unit and attenuating the action of circulate unit is most effective for operation room temperature & humidity control at the same time also conserve energy most.On this condition, analyzes the problems in most of hospital operating departments nowadays, chilled water insufficient supply during transitional seasons, the temperature of chilled water in terminal units is not low enough, and so on, then developed a new type of air handling system and its control strategy for fresh air, namely double cold sources dehumidify and reheat system which displays good effects both in temperature & humidity control and energy conservation.Finally conducts a deepening research and redevelop on the control strategy and system scheme for the on-off constant air volume air conditioning system which configured the new type fresh air handling unit, designs a set of practical control system for hospital air conditioning system .I hope the research results will be helpful for the optimization of clean air-conditioning system in hospital operating department as well as the control system research.
