Research On The Protection And Design Of Historic Blocks Based On Organic Renewal Theory

As a living cultural heritage of the city,historic blocks exist in the form of traditional culture.However,the construction and development of modern cities have gradually invaded the traditional style of the blocks,weakening their architectural decoration and landscape environment color with historical and cultural connotations and regional characteristics step by step.Guided by the organic renewal theory and taking the reasonable protection and renewal design of the historical block of Cross Street in Beizhen as the research object,this paper explores the traditional pattern and features of the block and the historical schema of people's life in the form of historical images,documentary records and oral narration of local residents,and builds a sustainable development platform for better continuation of historical context and regional culture,with a view to solving the problem.The contradiction between the inheritance of historical context of historic blocks and the construction and development of modern cities enables historic blocks to achieve better protection in use.This paper analyses the importance of the combination of organic renewal theory and block protection and design from the perspective of activated blocks,and extracts the patterns and principles of the protection and design of historic blocks suitable for China's national conditions,so as to provide some reference value and significance for relevant practical cases.This paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,it summarizes the development and practice of domestic and foreign research.In the second chapter,it defines and analyses which design concept is suitable for the protective development of historic blocks in our country under the background of urbanization.It elaborates the relevant theories and concepts involved in the subject,as well as the design elements of historic blocks,in order to provide theoretical support for the follow-up study.Secondly,in the third chapter,the relevant classical practice cases at home and abroad are analyzed,and representative cases such as Chengdu wide and narrow lane,Beijing Qianmen Street and Japan Jilucheng Avenue are selected.Based on the local reality,the mode and design strategy of protection and design are analyzed concretely,and the development countermeasures of effective protection of the cultural context and sense of place of the block and the history of universality are explored and summarized.Effective protection and design of blocks in order to inject momentum into the continuation of local characteristics and sustainable development of relevant practices.Thirdly,it analyses the current situation of the historical block of cross street in Beizhen,and summarizes the material and cultural environment of the block from various angles and levels.It also analyses the restrictive factors and existing problems that affect the traditional style and cultural context of the block,fully recognizes the existing image characteristics and functional qualities of cross street,and then incorporates the design pattern and principles derived from the preceding article into Beizhen.Through the guidance of organic renewal theory,this paper probes into the transformation and design strategy of the historical block of Cross Street in Beizhen,aiming at continuing the connotation of regional culture,preserving historical texture,forming a unique sense of place and identity in the design,so as to seek the sustainable development of its economy and the diversity of social life.Finally,it summarizes the protection and design proposals of the historical block of Cross Street in Beizhen City,and prospects the combination of organic renewal theory and practical cases.As the business card of the city,the historical block is the carrier of the city's memory and historical context.It exists in the form of traditional culture,but it has a strong demand for modern functions.Therefore,it is of great significance to realize the reasonable protection and organic renewal design of historic blocks so as to activate them,participate in modern life and achieve more effective protection in the use of them.
