The main building type of the school as a school building is a building with a high density of people.The peaks of heating and fresh air load vary greatly.In the design of improving the indoor air environment in the heating season,the trend of building load changes under different use conditions and different time periods is studied,and the reasons for the changes are analyzed to achieve the purpose of optimizing energy consumption and realizing energy saving potential.A single ground source heat pump system has severe cold accumulation after running for a period of time in a region where the thermal load in winter is much larger than that in summer.The use of a gas boiler as an auxiliary heat source to partially cool the winter load can effectively solve this problem.In this paper,based on the architectural use characteristics of the teaching building,the Dest software is used to simulate the hourly load change in the winter indoors under the setting of fresh air conditions,and the per capita fresh air volume is converted into the number of air exchanges to solve the problem that the fresh air supply in the Dest software calculation cannot be adjusted according to the work schedule.Simulating the use of on-duty temperature heating in the teaching building to analyze the energy-saving benefits of this heating mode.The high density of personnel in the teaching building leads to a relatively large fresh air load.After adjusting the ventilation,the load can be reduced by 50.49%;The heating load of the duty temperature during the non-use period can be reduced by 28.13%.The ratio of cold and heat load in winter and summer is 1:2.41.The cold load in winter is much larger than the heat load in summer.The TRNSYS software is used to simulate the teaching building using a single ground source heat pump system for 20 years.The cold accumulation of soil is serious,and the soil temperature has decreased year by year.When the local source heat pump system bears the hot and cold load ratio of 1:1.746 in winter and summer,the soil temperature reaches equilibrium.Selecting gas boiler or municipal heat as auxiliary heat source can efficiently and stably supplement the heat required by winter system.In the ground source heat pump heating system with auxiliary heat source,the winter heat load of the design building is 72%by the ground source heat pump system,and the auxiliary heat source is 28%.The soil temperature can be basically balanced.The TRNSYS simulation system is applied for two years.The TRNSYS simulation system is used for 20 years.Soil temperature changes can be balanced.The system can be stable for a long time.Run efficiently.The construction load distribution of the teaching building is special.The operation method of selecting the auxiliary heat source is preferred.It is more suitable for the school building to adopt the heating mode of the duty temperature heating,which can reduce the sdeetion capacity of the auxiliary heat source and reduce the initial investment of the system.As an auxiliary heat source,municipal heat is more economical than gas boilers,but from the perspective of energy consumption,its energy conservation and environmental protection are poor.
