As the most important equipment of the power plant,the vibration characteristics of the turbogenerator foundation,which is the supporting structure of the turbogenerator,is particularly important.For the vibration of turbogenerator,spring vibration isolation device is commonly used in engineering to reduce the vibration response of turbogenerator,and effectively ensure the safety of adjacent buildings and safe operation of equipment.But in the turbine-generator spring vibration isolation foundation,the different selection and arrangement of spring vibration isolation devices will affect the vibration response of the whole structure.Therefore,this article through the choice of a variety of spring isolator device selection and layout,analysis of the optimal spring isolator selection and layout,for the future design of turbo-generator sets to provide an effective reference.Firstly,the significance of vibration analysis of turbine-generator spring isolation foundation is put forward,and the research status of spring vibration isolation foundation of turbogenerator at home and abroad is reviewed and commented.Then,using the MIDAS/GEN finite element software,the three-dimensional solid models of the conventional foundation and the vibration isolation foundation of the turbogenerator set are established,and the vibration characteristics of the two foundations are analyzed,including modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.The results show that:When spring is not used for vibration isolation,the maximum amplitude occurs at about 40Hz.After spring is used for vibration isolation,the maximum amplitude occurs at 20Hz.The effects of the arrangement of spring isolators,the number of spring isolators on the top of column and the thickness of foundation roof on the vibration characteristics of turbogenerator are analyzed.The calculation results show that the vibration amplitude of the turbogenerator set can be reduced by using the spring isolation foundation,which provides favorable conditions for the stable operation of the equipment.At the same time,it also reduces the damage to the main factory building and surrounding buildings.By changing the arrangement of spring isolators,the number of spring isolators and the thickness of foundation roof,the natural frequency of foundation can be changed,and the frequency of exciting force load can be avoided when the equipment is working normally,and the vibration displacement of foundation can be reduced.
