| With the popularity of digital products,small DC household appliances,power tools and other daily necessities,large-capacity power batteries have become more and more important energy sources.Lithium batteries are favored by people for their lightweight and high capacity.However,the memory effect caused by their multiple charges affects their use efficiency and life.On the other hand,the rapidity,high efficiency,safety and electromagnetic compatibility of the charging system must also be a comprehensive concern.In view of the above complex engineering requirements,this paper studies and designs a power lithium battery fast charging system with intelligent characteristics.On the basis of considering the EMC of the system,the software technology is full y utilized to realize the fast charging,temperature management and state display of power lithium batteries through layered design and intelligent control.The system al so has the repair charging mode,which can repair the lithium batteries after repeat ed cycles and prolong the lithium power consumption.Pool life.Firstly,the characteristics of power lithium batteries and the engineering proble ms of electromagnetic compatibility,safety,high efficiency,fast charging and batter y repairability are discussed.Then the design principle of power lithium batteries is discussed in detail from two aspects of hardware design and software design.The hardware includes EMC circuit,power factor correction circuit,half bridge resonant circuit,MCU control circuit and auxiliary power supply circuit,etc.The power fact or correction and half bridge resonant circuit are analyzed and the corresponding de sign parameters are calculated.Software includes analog measurement,single-line se rial communication,state machine judgment,charging current regulation,state displa y and error alarm.Through layered design and intelligent control strategy research,the charging current can be dynamically adjusted according to the parameters of bat tery system such as voltage,temperature and history state.To reduce battery polariz ation and increase charging rate.Finally,the lithium battery fast charging system is tested comprehensively,and the related circuit and parameters are optimized accordi ng to the test data.The results show that the scheme meets the engineering design requirements.It lays the foundation for the engineering application of the power lit hium battery intelligent charging system. |
