Research On Value Evaluation Method Of Automobile Network Trading Platform

In recent years,the automobile network trading platform enterprises represented by Automhome,Guazi and Bitauto have developed rapidly and made a great influence on the capitalism market.In the automotive network trading industry,capital operation activities such as financing,mergers and acquisitions of the enterprises are becoming more and more frequent.The evaluation of its value has also become the focus of attention.Compared with the traditional industry,due to its novelty and uniqueness,the operating mode,business model,influencing factors and value evaluation of the automotive network trading platform are quite different.Therefore,the scientific evaluation of the value of the automobile network trading platform is of great significance to their reorganization and mergers and the standardized development of its trading behavior.This paper attempts to study the evaluation method of automobile network trading platform in depth.First,according to the concept and development characteristics of the automobile network trading platform to study the impact of the value factors.On this basis,the existing evaluation methods will be deeply analyzed by sorting out and summarizing their advantages and disadvantages in order to find the appropriate evaluation methods for automobile online trading platform.Finally,the applicability of the evaluation method is further verified by the value evaluation case of Beijing Autohome Information Technology Co.,Ltd.The research in this paper finds that the factors affecting the value of the automobile network trading platform are mainly the visitor volume,product competitiveness,market shares and enterprise development strategy.In order to make these factors better reflected in the evaluation value,this paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the value factors of these abstract fuzzy.This paper believes that the results of the traditional income method assessment should be revised by introducing non-financial factors correction factor to get the final evaluation value.Case studies have demonstrated that improved evaluation methods are more practical.
