| Nuclear power is a clean,green,efficient and high-quality energy,and has an important position in the energy structure in the world,but the safety especially the seismic safety of nuclear power engineering structure there are still many problems need to be solved,the structure of isolation is currently recognized as the world’s effective means.The design of nuclear power base is generally divided into two levels,including operation safety earthquake shutdown safety earthquake,namely in the low level ground motion the nuclear power plant can run normally;in the high level ground motion the nuclear power plants is safe,how to coordinate the isolation performance of nuclear power plants in the earthquake isolation system under the action of different grades is the key.When traditional isolation techniques are used,the seismic response of the upper structure can be reduced effectively,but under different level of earthquake,there is a large deformation in the isolation layer,which can lead to great deformation of the pipeline of the isolation layer,it brings a hidden danger to the safety operation of the nuclear power.In this paper,a kind of starting control isolation device is proposed,and the device and the control isolation technology in the nuclear island structure are studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to China’s nuclear power two-stage design basis,realize the goal of nuclear power isolation,design a new kind of start control vibration isolation device,and analyze the work principle of control isolation device,the effectiveness of starting control isolation device is verified by test.Elemental analysis model is adopted to establish the recovery mechanics model,the steady-state response of the hysteresis system under harmonic load is analyzed and solved as also,and the equivalent parameters of the hysteresis model are given.(2)The quality rod model with AP1000 nuclear reactor structure is regarded as the research object.Based on the principle that consuming equal energy with traditional isolation,the simplified calculation method and the reasonable design of isolation parameters are studied.(3)Based on the starting control isolation device hysteretic model,with the isolation design response spectrum and the amplitude pseudo velocity spectrum to determine the reasonable parameters of seismic isolation structures under the different levels of earthquake.(4)According to the results of the parametric numerical analysis and based on the quality rod model of AP1000 nuclear reactor structure,using the revised RG1.6 response spectrumto contrast and analyze the response of the nuclear power structure and the response of the isolation layer of non-isolation,traditional isolation and starting control device isolation when different peak seismic is input. |
