The nuclear power heating plant is specially used for urban heating.The thermal energy generated by fission of the nuclear power heating plant directly access the urban heating network without energy conversion.Because the nuclear power heating plant is close to the city and the seismic fortification is high,its seismic safety is very important.Since nuclear power heating reactors belong to new types of reactors,there are few studies on earthquake resistance at home and abroad.In order to improve the seismic safety of the nuclear power heating plant structure,horizontal and three-dimensional isolation of the nuclear power heating plant structure and internal equipment are studied.The study of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the actual engineering of a nuclear power heating plant structure,the ANSYS finite element model was established.According to the relevant requirements of nuclear power plant design specifications,the parameters of horizontal isolation bearings were designed,the response spectrum analysis of different sites was completed,and the site adaptability of the basic horizontal isolation structure of nuclear power heating plant was studied.Time-history analysis of the non-isolated model and the isolation model under the action of safe shutdown earthquake(SSE)are carried out.The seismic responses of different models under different seismic waves are discussed.The site adaptability of the non-isolated model and the isolation model is further studied.(2)A three-dimensional isolation bearing is designed by series-parallel combination.According to structural dynamic analysis theory and dynamic characteristics of the three-dimensional isolated structure,a single-mass simplified model is established.Parameter impact analysis of the vertical stiffness of the three-dimensional isolation bearing on the dynamic characteristics and seismic response is studied.The results of parameter impact analysis indicate that the seismic isolation effect of three-dimensional isolation on the nuclear power heating plant structure should be treated with caution.It is recommended to use the basic isolation and vertical energy consumption to improve the three-dimensional damping effect.the finite element model of the internal equipment of integrated small reactor structure was established,and the seismic response and isolation performance of the structure under theSSE three-way envelope spectrum were completed.This paper studies the horizontal isolation and three-dimensional isolation of the nuclear power heating plant structure and internal equipment.The research results can provide some support for the promotion and development of the nuclear power heating plant.
