Today,with the rapid development of the world economy,manufacturing industry is playing an increasingly important role in the economic development of all countries.At present,the global manufacturing industry is in a new round of transformation and upgrading,which has put forward higher requirements for the manufacturing practitioners all over the world,and exerted a lot of pressure on the training of talents in Vocational Education in China.In order to follow the pace of the transformation of the manufacturing industry,it is becoming more and more urgent to develop the manufacturing talents in accordance with the requirements of the times and develop the training mode of manufacturing talents suitable for the national conditions of our country.Under the guidance of "China made 2025" strategic planning,this article seeks to deepen the reform of vocational education personnel training mode,and comprehensively use literature,comparative and interview investigation methods to study the training experience of skilled talents in developed countries,and combine the development of manufacturing industry in China to carry out the modern manufacturing specialty.The theoretical research on the mode of apprenticeship personnel training provides some suggestions for the training of advanced skilled personnel in China’s mechanical manufacturing industry,and strives to remove some obstacles for the successful implementation of the great strategic plan made in China "made in 2025".First,the research background and the significance of the research are stated,and the core concept of modern apprenticeship and talent training mode is defined,and the research ideas and methods are given,and the main content and innovation of the research are made clear.The second is to summarize and summarize the status of the development of China’s manufacturing industry and the situation of talent training through the inquiry and arrangement of the network data,and make an analysis of the demand for talents,and make a realistic understanding of the current situation of the industry and prepare for the next step of research.The third part is the essence and practice of the modern apprenticeship system.First,through theoretical research,the essence of the modern apprenticeship system is deeply analyzed,and the basic elements of the modern apprenticeship system are summarized,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study.Then,the results and problems of the practice of modern apprenticeship in China are investigated and analyzed.The results and problems of the practice of modern apprenticeship are obtained through the practical investigation of the pilot and the induction of network data,and the experience and lessons are provided for the follow-up study.The fourth part is the characteristic,experience and Enlightenment of the modern apprenticeship in European vocational education.It analyzes the modern apprenticeship in Britain,Germany and Switzerland respectively,and summarizes its common experience,as well as the enlightenment to the reform of Vocational Education in China.The last is the application of modern apprenticeship in the major of mechanical processing and manufacturing.It provides a large number of modern and advanced professionals for the specialty of mechanical manufacturing to provide the training goal of reestablishing the professional skills of mechanical processing,the rational selection of the training content,and the mechanism of interest driving,management and communication,and the development of the curriculum.Mechanism,evaluation and safeguard mechanism,and a series of countermeasures for the construction of personnel training mechanism.
