Energy dissipation shock absorption technology is a kind of passive control of structural vibration.By installing energy dissipation components in the structure,the energy dissipation components can generate reciprocating motion or relative deformation to dissipate most of the energy of the seismic input structure subjected to earthquake,which avoids obvious plastic deformation of the structure and ensures the safety performance and use performance of the structure meeting the requirement.In this paper,the damping performance of energy dissipation frame structure with viscoelastic damper is deeply studied,the calculation method of seismic action and equivalent damping of the damping structure is given.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the vibration equation is given for the seismic response of the energy dissipation frame structure with viscoelastic damper.The vibration equation of the shock-absorbing structure is solved by the frequency domain method.The influence of the damper parameters on the damping performance of the energy absorbing frame structure under the action of seismic waves of four types of sites are studied by MATLAB programming analysis.Thus the reasonable value of the relaxation time coefficient and the damping coefficient of the viscoelastic damper are analyzed.(2)Secondly,using the above method,the spectrum of ground acceleration,the time-history curve of top-level displacement and the time-course curve spectrum of top-level displacement of the energy dissipation frame structure subjected to four types of site seismic waves are analyzed respectively.On this basis,the maximum displacement angle and the maximum lateral displacement of the energy dissipation frame structure subjected to seismic waves of four types of sites are studied respectively.The research shows that the viscoelastic damper only produces better damping effect on the floor where it is located,but on other floors,the damping effect is not obvious.Therefore,it is proposed that the damper should be continuously arranged in the frame structure floor.It is not suitable for discontinuity.(3)Thirdly,based on the interlayer displacement angles of floors on which the dampers evenly arranged,the economic distribution scheme of viscoelastic damper on each floor of the structure is studied.The adjustment formula of the damping coefficient of the damper on each floor is given,according to which the damper distribution on each floor can achieve the purpose of shock absorption and economical rationality.In addition,the calculation method for the seismic action of the frame structure with viscoelastic damper and the bottom shear force of each vibration mode of the structure are studied,which indicates that the relaxation time coefficient ? of the dampers installed in the frame structure should be controlled rationally,the engineering example of the paper indicates that ? ? 0.5~0.7 is more suitable.(4)Fourthly,viscoelastic damper possesses both stiffness and damping.In order to analyze the seismic action of the shock absorbing structure by seismic response spectrum of building seismic design code,equivalent damp of energy dissipation frame structure with viscoelastic damper is analyzed.Based on the principle that the amplitude of the regular coordinate of the damper equivalent structure is constant,the equivalent damping ratio of each mode of the damping structure and the regular coordinate amplitude of the structure are studied.The seismic action of the energy dissipation frame structure with viscoelastic dampers is analyzed,which shows that the seismic action deviation of the structure is small before and after the damper equivalent,and the deviations are all within the allowable range.(5)Finally,the seismic response of the energy dissipation frame structure installing viscoelastic dampers with supports is studied.The influence of the supporting coefficient on the seismic performance of the frame structure is analyzed.The results indicate that the effect of the damper support on the seismic response of the structure is very little when the supporting coefficient ? exceeds a certain value and can be ignored.On this basis,the seismic action of the shock absorbing structure and the bottom shear force of each vibration mode of the structure are analyzed,which indicates that the effect of the damper support on the seismic action of the shock absorbing structure is very little when the supporting coefficient ? exceeds a certain value and can be ignored.
