As the key part of the ship,the propeller has a great influence on the overall performance of the ship.When the static balance of the propeller is poor,the ship will generate large vibration and noise,this is the reason why the detection and processing of the static balance of the propeller is particularly important.Due to its large mass,large volume,cumbersome handling and disassembly,it is difficult to detect static balance for the marine propeller.The existing technology is vertical static balance detection.It uses mandrel positioning and collects data by means of a linked weight.That will bring many problems,such as low efficiency,limited carrying capacity and low automation of the inspection process that cannot meet requirements of the high-efficiency and high-precision production.This paper designs a large-scale marine propeller static balance detection system based on the existing problems and the needs of the enterprise.At the same time,it carries out the related technical research,the research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Complete the overall scheme design of the large propeller static balance detection system,it includes the key function module division and propeller detection process setting,what’s more,it completes the overall structural design and key technology research.In the design of the alignment detection module,combined with the image processing technology,the eccentricity error acquisition and design verification experiments are completed in order to judge the accuracy of the result processing;the hydraulic system and its key components are optimized in the design of the hydraulic module,especially,the spherical side is designed systematically,besides,the load capacity,oil film stiffness,working characteristics and leakage characteristics are optimized by Matlab,in order to determine the optimal design size,and the supporting hydraulic system is built.Finally,the simulation analysis is completed by means of Automation Studio.(2)Complete design of the system compensating static balance detection algorithm,it combines with the new detection device to design the data acquisition method and improve the data processing flow,it also summarizes the data processing results and analyze the error results with Matlab.Finally,it completes the whole compensation algorithm design and improve the detection accuracy of the system..(3)Complete the research on the automatic control system of the large-scale propeller static balance detection device,it includes many works such as analyzing the control object in order to determine the type of the upper machine,complete the system control scheme design,divide the system control step,realize the control component selection,and finally complete the circuit connection and Overall wiring design.(4)Complete the independent research of the software system of the large-scale propeller static balance detection device,including software system module design,software system function module division and software system operation flow design.It realizes the visualization window display of the propeller static balance detection process through the software system,it finishes research on simulation technology of large marine propeller static balance detection system based on the joint simulation technology of Visual Studio and 3DVIA software,in the end,it completes the simulation analysis of the whole inspection process.
