Research On The Design Of Characteristic Homestay Under The Influence Of Regional Culture In Southern Anhui

With the promotion of rural revitalization in China and the rapid development of rural tourism,people's tourism mode has changed from traditional sightseeing tourism to characteristic tourism focusing on the natural ecology and regional culture.Homestay,which emphasizes theme and feature,is thus getting more and more attention.The homestay in Southern Anhui province is now developing rapidly.In particular,more and more renovation projects are being carried out to transform traditional residential buildings.It is also not rare to see the private homestay renovations.Due to the facts that the homestay in Southern Anhui is still in the development stage,that it is restricted by economy and technology,and that it lacks relevant theoretical support,there have appeared such problems as simple reconstruction,low quality,insufficient regional characteristics,and homogenization etc,which have damaged the historical memory of buildings.In this context,it is of practical significance to explore the regional design method of characteristic homestay in Southern Anhui.Taking the characteristic homestay in Southern Anhui as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth research into the comprehensive application of the factors involved in the regional design of the homestay from multi-disciplinary perspectives like architecture,geography and design science.The first chapter elucidates the research subject,background,aim and significance,and discusses the research status of homestay at home and abroad.The second and third chapters are the basic research part.In this part,the paper first clarifies the concepts of regional culture and characteristic homestay,their mutual relationship,and the essential characteristics of the research object.Then it analyzes the development status of characteristic homestay in Southern Anhui.Moreover,based on the field investigation,it analyzes the problems existing in the renovation of characteristic homestay in Southern Anhui.The fourth chapter concerns the regional design of homestay reconstruction.Five elements in the regional design of home stay in Southern Anhui are put forward,and analyzed and discussed one by one.Then principles to be followed in the design are proposed.The fifth chapter,based on the above research,elaborates the comprehensive application of each element in the design of homestay from five aspects of regional design elements: regional environment,building materials,spatial form,decoration art and human history.It provides a strong theoretical basis for the design practice of homestay in Southern Anhui.Through the above investigation and research,it is found that highlighting regional cultural characteristics is the key to improving the quality,demonstrating the features and avoiding homogenization of Southern Anhui characteristic homestay.In the course of rapid development of homestay,the author believes we need to start from the perspective of regional culture,find out the elements in the regional design of homestay,and study their means of expression and transformation so as to realize the reconstruction and optimization of characteristic homestay,create the harmonious coexistence of human,nature and buildings,and achieve sustainable development of characteristic homestay in Southern Anhui.
