Study On The Design Of Characeristic Minshuku In The Southern Anhui

In the process of rapid urbanization in China,a series of negative effects have been produced,such as urban congestion,environmental deterioration,haze phenomenon is more serious,urban people are faced with enormous survival pressure,so they have yearned for rural leisure and pastoral life.On the other hand,the rural population is pouring into the city,the cultivated land houses are idle,the living facilities are backward,the traditional village culture is quietly disappearing,the humanistic connotation and the inheritance of the pastoral scenery are facing a huge crisis in our country for thousands of years.At the beginning,dwellings were an ancillary industry to provide accommodation for farmers in areas with certain natural landscape resources,and were not high-end products.The rise of residential houses makes the Tao Yuanming style return to the rural life experience as the main way to relieve the pressure and worry of urban people.More and more architects and developers have invested in the development and design of residential houses.Gradually forming to experience the slow and comfortable life in the countryside as the purpose,thus effectively release the pressure under the rapid pace of life.In the face of the passing of traditional culture,we need to pay attention to inheritance and development,the development of residential road is to seek characteristics and innovation,this paper will combine these two main lines to carry out research and design practice.In this paper,the author chooses Tang Mo,an ancient village in southern Anhui mountainous area,as the practical object,and collects and arranges the relevant basic theories,such as the inheritance and protection of the traditional culture of the ancient village in southern Anhui,through on-the-spot investigation.Combined with the current trend of the development of residential housing in southern Anhui characteristics of residential design practice.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly narrate the research background,research purpose,and then collect and summarize the current research situation at home and abroad.The second part is the preliminary research.From the ancient villages and houses in the south of Anhui mountain areas to carry out the study,and then extend to the transformation of residential housing;the third part is the characteristics of residential design related research,from the analysis of domestic housing cases,The fourth part is the process of design practice,which designs the theme houses with regional cultural characteristics for the ancient town of Tang Mo,and carries on the long-term development and inheritance of the ancient town of Tang Mo and the traditional culture of southern Anhui.
