Green Building Design Evaluation Framework System With Context Elements

Due to the rapid development of society,the consumption of natural resources has surged,and the concept of sustainable development has become increasingly obvious.It was at this time that green building was pushed to the world stage.Green building design was initially regarded as "completely technical",which ignored the fact that "green building" should be "building" and the building should serve people.Without humanistic care and ignoring the elements of context,"green building" is indifferent and mechanical,and the application of technology becomes aimless.In the green building design,it is emphasized that the contextual elements are the inheritance of the historical experience of ancient buildings,the reservation of the successful experience of modern and modern buildings,and the filling of the defects in the evaluation of the existing green building design.In the traditional urban and residential buildings,it reflects the construction experience of adapting to the natural environment,saving land,saving energy and protecting the ecological system.It is the accumulation of human architectural wisdom,which has withstood the test of time and continues to this day.Combing,summarizing and inheriting the context of "city-block-building" is very necessary for the development of green building.This paper studies the evaluation of green building design from the perspective of context elements.Using the literature research,theoretical analysis and detailed comprehensive analysis of the green building evaluation system at home and abroad,for different specific regulations in the system of comparative induction,take its essence our advantage,combining theoretical knowledge hierarchy will context factors,using theory to guide practice in developed urban agglomeration in Yangtze river delta region economy field investigation,through the questionnaire survey,field survey,data analysis and expert scoring method selection of scientific,quantitative indicators,build rich context elements of green building design evaluation framework.The paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which elaborates the research background,subject source,definition of research object and problems to be solved,research scope,purpose and significance.Chapter two analyzes the evaluation system of green building design at home and abroad in detail.The third chapter is based on multi-level context elements of green building design level research,the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration research and analysis.The fourth chapter is to rich context elements of the construction of thegreen building design evaluation framework of system,using literature research,on-the-spot investigation,SPSS data analysis and expert scoring and weight analysis method,thus screening index set contains three primary indicators,9 second class indexes and 28 third class indexes of rich context elements in green building design evaluation framework of system.In chapter 5,in the framework system of green building design evaluation with rich context elements,the possible problems in some steps are reflected,and the future research direction is proposed.
