With the development of the economy,the continuous expansion of the power supply area of the mining area,coupled with the complex and ever-changing environment of the substation,the increasing pollution sources in various areas,the pollution of the power system in the mining area continues,and the pollution flashing accident often causes very serious consequences.In the maintenance and overhaul of mining power grids and power equipment,the traditional periodic power outage maintenance mode has been used for a long time.This planned maintenance mode is carried out under the condition of equipment blackout,which is poor in pertinence and timeliness;it cannot be different according to each substation.The situation is divided into specific areas,and limited human and material resources are invested in key prevention and control areas.The guiding principle of the project is to gradually transition from the planned maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment to the state maintenance,and the online monitoring of the equipment is the key to achieving state maintenance.The on-line monitoring technology of the light sensor insulator salt density used in this subject breaks through the limitations of the salt density method,and is directly related to the distribution of the pollution area of the mine power grid and the pollution level,providing a new technology for pollution measurement and classification.Therefore,according to the necessary changes,the site pollution degree classification is classified according to the change of the wetness characteristics and the operation experience,and the weak substation is managed according to the priority arrangement,and the management is strengthened to obtain better control effect.In this paper,from the principle analysis of the insulator flashover,the salt density method is used to establish the distribution map of the pollution area of the mining area.By exploring the relationship between the parameters and the flux of light and the salt density,an on-line monitoring system for on-site use is established.It is implemented in the Pingdingshan mining area.The hardware of the main control chip in this paper adopts STM32F107 series,and the power supply is realized by designing the solar panel.Through the proper selection of hardware,the system can work normally.The background management system development adopts the InTouch industrial control configuration software of Wonderware Company of the United States to realize the storage,analysis and query of data,which satisfies the online monitoring and management requirements of the staff.
