| The cam mechanism is a high auxiliary mechanism composed of three basic members: a cam,a follower and a frame.Cam mechanisms are widely used in textile machinery,food machinery,light industrial machinery,mechanical transmission and other fields.The design of the cam mechanism mainly includes the design of the motion law of the follower and the design of the cam profile curve,wherein the design of the cam profile curve is the most critical.The traditional design methods include mapping method and analytical method.However,the traditional design method has low efficiency and complicated steps,which can not meet the design requirements of high speed and precision cam.With the development of CAD/CAM technology,computeraided design has gradually become an effective means for engineers and technicians to complete design tasks.The use of computer-aided design technology in the cam design process can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the design.However,due to the wide variety of cams,it is not possible to find a uniform form to deal with the needs of the design,and the auxiliary means that can satisfy the design of various types of cam mechanisms have not yet appeared.In this paper,the computer aided design method of cam profile curve is taken as the research object.The Visual Studio 2015 software is used as the platform.The Visual C# language is used for secondary development of Auto CAD software.Combined with the design principle of cam mechanism,the application program is written.In the system interface,the parameters are input through human-computer interaction,and the mathematical model created by the program and the calculation of the offset algorithm are used to obtain the coordinate points of the cam contour,thereby forming a complete cam contour curve.By inputting the corresponding machining parameters in the human-computer interaction interface,a complete NC code programmed along the tool core path can be formed,thereby performing NC machining.The software developed in this paper can design some common plane cam types,use the SolidWorks software to three-dimensionally model the cams obtained in the system,and analyze the motion simulation in the software,the motion condition of the cam mechanism follower and the motion curve of the cam design.The law is consistent.The software can automatically generate the NC code of cam machining,and can process the cam profile curve generated in the CAD/CAM system on the CNC machine tool.It has broad application prospects and great economic value in China’s industrial enterprises. |
