The continuous progress of the society and the rapid development of the economy,the more the demand and the consumption of the energy,and also the environmental pollution,the energy shortage,and the like.The emergence of new energy provides a solution to these problems,and the new energy technology is attached to the attention of all governments and is widely used and in-depth study.In many new energy sources,the distribution of wind energy and solar energy is the most widely,so the wind power generation technology and the solar power generation technology have become more mature and gradually become the main energy type.China is one of the most abundant regions in the world,but due to the influence of the weather factors,both of them are random and intermittent in power generation,so the solar and wind energy hybrid power generation system is constructed according to the local conditions.The invention not only can solve the problem of electricity utilization in the island and the remote area,but also can solve the problems of environmental pollution and energy shortage.In this paper,a power control strategy of wind-light complementary power generation system is studied,and the power generation efficiency of the system is improved.Firstly,the working principle of photovoltaic cells,fans and batteries and their mathematical models are introduced.The wind power generation model based on permanent magnet synchronous motor,photovoltaic power generation model and battery energy storage model are built using MATLAB/ Simulink.Simulation of the operation of photovoltaic cells and wind turbine models under different conditions.Then,the control methods of the three systems are analyzed and introduced.The maximum power tracking of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation is realized by perturbation observation method.And on the basis of each system model,the control method model is established to verify the effectiveness of MPPT method.In the energy storage unit,the basic theory of charge and discharge control circuit of bidirectional Buck/Boost converter is firstly analyzed and introduced.The constant voltage control method is selected for the charge and discharge control of the energy storage system.The critical value of charge and discharge of the battery is set,and the operation mode of the control strategy is judged according to the energy storage state of the battery.Finally,the models of each subsystem are integrated to form a complete windsolar hybrid power generation system.The effectiveness of the whole system is verified by two control strategies.One is the traditional control strategy to achieve the power complementary requirements of the power generation system under various working conditions.This control strategy needs to be connected to the grid.If it is not connected to the network,some scenery will be generated.The waste of energy causes abandonment of wind and abandonment of light.The other is a control strategy based on the SOC state of the battery.This control strategy does not require grid connection,and can fully utilize the wind and light resources without the phenomenon of abandoned light and wind caused by excessive power generation.state.
