The modular assembly monolithic building is a modular building that is assembled from modular units through cast-in-place connection.Installing shear walls in the modular units facilitates the modular assembly monolithic building into high-rise buildings.In addition,the construction of shear walls for modular buildings is still to be studied.The article expounds the basic content of the structural design of a modular assembly monolithic building with shear walls through a practical project,and proposes a section selection method for building a model of modular assembly monolithic building,then divides the plane of the building into module unit,and study the shear wall structure of the modular assembly monolithic building.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Taking a modular assembly monolithic building with shear wall as an example,the author uses a lattice double box column and a double channel steel beam as the component section,and uses PMSAP to establish a whole model formed by modular unit splicing,and used the Midas/Gen to build the same model for verification.The author also uses SATWE to carry out structural with shear walls and structural without shear walls calculations by using multiple seismic response spectrum method.From the calculation results,adding shear walls can increase the lateral resistance of the structure and make the stiffness more uniform,the cycle ratio,shear-to-weight ratio,maximum interlayer displacement angle,stiffness ratio,and stiffness-to-weight ratio of the structure with shear wall meet the requirements of the specification.(2)According to the engineering example,the author performs elastic power time-course supplementary verification and static elastoplastic method to calculate the structure under rare earthquakes.The calculation results show that the structure does not collapse under rare earthquakes,but some shear walls are damaged.The author also discussesthe seismic mitigation measures of the project in high-intensity areas.Through the comparison of the results of seismic response spectrum calculation and static elastoplastic analysis,the reasonable arrangement of viscous damping walls can effectively reduce the interlayer displacement angle of the structure.(3)The author uses the ABAQUS to carry out quasi-static analysis of the modular shear wall of four steel profiles,and summarizes their stress and strain distribution and damage law.The results show that the configuration of the steel in the modular shear wall can effectively improve its seismic performance,and also slow down the rate of reduction of the shear wall stiffness,improve the initial stiffness,yield stiffness and ultimate residual stiffness of the shear wall,making the shear wall stiffness reduction process more stable.The shear wall with built-in Form 2 steel has better seismic performance,and then it is Form 4 and Form 3.The author also analyzes the parameters of the modular shear wall and studies the correlation between its axial compression ratio,concrete strength,steel strength and the bearing capacity of the modular shear wall.(4)According to the overall design of the engineering example in Chapter 2,the author divides the building plane into modular units,and proposes a modular unit design and splicing scheme with two-column connections at the nodes,which improves the accuracy of structural design modeling and reduces the number of module column members.The author uses ABAQUS to check the force of transportation and hoisting of a module unit.The results show that the support under the secondary beam during lifting can make the unit more uniform when hoisting,and the maximum stress and displacement caused by hoisting are reduced,when transportation,setting the support at the secondary beam increases the maximum stress and displacement of the module unit.
