Many researches still focus on the carrying capacity of super-large-diameter piles.They don't realize that the Self-temperature crack will influence construction.Therefore,it is necessary to do some investigation on the process from pouring concrete to maintenance stage of Super-large-diameter manual digging pile.Then the paper discusses the influence of different factors acting on the pile of temperature crack.This paper is based on the Super-large-diameter manual digging pile in Nanning city of China.It has finitely simulated the process from pouring to maintenance of it and do research on the temperature in the stake.The main findings of the research are as follows:1.The paper has analysed the factors of emergence for temperature crack in pile.It has summarized the theoretical principle of temperature field and finite element method for the simulation and the construction.2.The paper has formulated temperature control measures and temperature monitoring scheme.Then make record and graph for the monitoring results.3.The paper has done the thermal calculation,found that the temperature contraction stress is between 3 to 21 days.4.The paper done finite element analysis for this Super-large-diameter pile project and find the temperature field and stress field.And using the engineering model as a reference,the influence of different factors on the temperature of the pile center,the surface temperature of the pile side and the surface temperature of the pile top surface has been obtained by changing the factors of the control temperature,such as the setting of the insulating layer,the pipe diameter and the spacing of the cooling water pipe and the pouring mode,And according tothe size of the temperature difference value,the optimal measures for controlling the temperature crack has benn obtained,and the basis for scientifically controlling the temperature crack has provided for the engineering and the similar engineering.
