China has a vast territory,and earthquakes are high in many areas,especially in densely populated areas.The damage caused by earthquakes is heavy.This paper applies the isolation technology to the modular building,and combines the actual engineering case study to explore ways to improve and improve the safety and performance of the modular structure.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The research status of fabricated and modular isolated buildings at home and abroad is summarized.The equivalent modeling method of core tube-module structure is discussed,and the rationality of its modeling is illustrated.The horizontal double-beam double-column modular building model is obtained.Simplify the processing method,consider the horizontal double column and vertical double beam refinement model with 100 mm spacing,and compare the difference between equivalent modeling and refined modeling.Finally,the refined modeling method of double beam and double column is selected.(2)The seismic design method for the performance of the modular isolation structure was discussed.The idea of performance-based seismic design is applied to the design of modular isolated buildings.The fortification objectives and main steps of performance-based design are expounded.The seismic performance index of modular structure is set to 4 levels,and the seismic performance is divided into 6 Level,the performance level is reasonably quantified.The seismic design method based on direct displacement is emphasized.It is one of the performance-based design methods.It is required to regard the displacement as the basic index of the control structure design at the beginning of design.This method is simple,the concept is clear,and it can be more The overall seismic performance of the modular building has been improved.(3)For the demonstration project of the 7-storey modular office building proposed by the Gazelle Industrial Park in Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,the module unit division and component size selection were first carried out,and the comparison of the three schemes was carried out.Finally,the third scheme was selected.Then use SATWE to build a refined model and import the model into the finite element software ETABS.In order to check the correctness of the non-isolated modular structure model,the quality,cycle and quality of the model in the two softwares.The layer shear forces were compared and the results were similar,which verified the accuracy of the model.(4)Two measured seismic waves and one artificial wave were selected,and the time-history analysis of the three-layer modular office building model under the action of three seismic waves and rare earthquakes was compared.The isolated/non-isolated structures were added to the isolation.After the measures,the influence of the modular building structure on the performance is shown.The results show that the parameters such as interlaminar shear force,interlayer displacement and acceleration of the modular building after adding the isolation device are greatly reduced,and the damping rate is About 50%,indicating that the modular isolation building has a good isolation effect.
