In recent years, with the development of society and the acceleration of urbanization, super high-rise building has become a major trend in the development of modern construction industry.Super high-rise buildings have become a symbol of economic development and accelerated urbanization in our country. At present,There are many super high-rise buildings which have greatly exceeded the requirements of the relevant standards of the building in our country. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study and analysis of super high-rise buildings. In this paper, the overrun and seismic performance of a super high-rise building in Beijing is analyzed. The height of the structure is 292.4 meters above the ground, and there are 68 floors above the ground. The structure is constructed using a giant support frame-core tube-outrigger truss structural system. This thesis is discussed from the following aspects:(1)Super high-rise building is analyzed in an over-limit manner, including the height of the structure, plane Irregular and Vertical irregularly of the structure.(2)The YJK software was used to analyze the basic elastic properties of the structure.Structural period, shear force and overturning moment under the action of earthquake and wind loads, shear ratio, vertex displacement and interlayer displacement angle were obtained through this analysis. And the results are compared with the results solved by the ETABS software.(3)Two natural seismic waves and one artificial wave are selected for the elastic time history analysis of the structure. The maximum floor shear, floor displacement and interlayer displacement angle of the structure are obtained through this analysis.According to the results of the elastic time history analysis, the internal forces solved by the normal response spectrum method are adjusted.(4)The Push-over analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake is carried out.The ability spectrum curve and demand spectrum curve are obtained, and the performance points of X direction and Y direction are obtained through this analysis. At the same time, the floor shear and floor displacement angle curve of the structure are calculated through this analysis at the performance points. The development process of coupling beam from the beginning to the destruction is also analyzed, and a new type of energy dissipation device of coupling beam was proposed.(5)The dynamic time-history response analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake is carried out to obtain the maximum floor displacement response and interlayer displacement angle response by the YJK software. At the same time, the elastic results are compared with the elastoplastic results under the rare earthquake, including the shear time-history response of the bottom floor, the displacement time-history response of the bottom floor and so on.At the same time, structural energy curve under the rare earthquake shows that damping energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total energy. The nonlinear degree of the structure is very high.(6)The finite element analysis of structural key nodes is carried out by the ABAQUS software. The results show that the steel at the node does not yield, and the core concrete in the circular pipe has not reached its compressive strength. The design requirements of strong joints are reached.Through the analysis in an over-limit manner, the seismic performance analysis and the analysis of the key nodes of this super high-rise building, super high-rise construction project meets the requirements of the relevant standards of the building in our country. And the security of the structure is very high.
