Energy is the foundation and driving force for the development of the entire human society.The demand and dependence on energy for human civilization has been rising rapidly.The excessive consumption of fossil energy has long brought a series of problems to the urban environment and climate.As a renewable energy source,solar energy is inexhaustible and pollution-free,making it the first choice for renewable energy.The acceleration of urbanization has led to increasingly serious contradictions between buildings,energy and the environment.It is extremely urgent to promote solar energy buildings and related technologies.In the process of promoting the scale of solar photovoltaic in China,considering the overall design of the entire city or block,this is of great significance for the scale application.The number of solar buildings in the urban environment has gradually increased,from residential expansion to commercial and industrial,and the trend of scale application has gradually become clear.Especially the large-area distribution of industrial areas will be an important step for the large-scale solar carrier.However,there are still many problems: taking industrial blocks as an example.At present,there is a lack of evaluation systems and methods for the large-scale application of industrial blocks.Then,in the past studies,most of them focus on building scale or city scale,and lack of similar industrial-scale block scale studies: In addition,due to the shape of different industrial blocks The difference has led to a large difference in solar energy utilization potential in industrial blocks,and there is a lack of comparative research between different industrial blocks.Finally,there is a lack of design strategies and guidance for solar photovoltaic utilization potential in industrial blocks.Taking industrial block as an example,this paper establishes a complete solar energy utilization potential assessment system and method;evaluates the potential of solar energy utilization in the industrialized block in the non-central city of Wuhan;and proposes the potential of solar energy utilization in Wuhan industrial block.The design strategy and guidance recommendations,and finally draw a map of the potential utilization of solar energy in industrial blocks in Wuhan.Firstly,starting from the three levels of radiation,installation and efficiency,the definition of the potential of each stage is to the acquisition of building radiation resources,economic recovery period,threshold calculation,radiation potential,installation potential,technical potential and solar energy utilization potential.Established a complete solar energy utilization potential assessment system and method.Among them,the radiation potential estimation model is based on the Rhino platform;the installation potential is based on estimating the installable area of the building surface;the technical potential is evaluated by the overall efficiency of the photovoltaic system;the solar energy utilization potential is based on a comprehensive superposition of radiation potential,installation potential and technological potential.Based on the industrial block in Wuhan,and based on the solar photovoltaic economic recovery period,the threshold value of solar photovoltaic is calculated to be 450 kWh/m2 leap year;the obtained radiation value is used to establish the evaluation method of potential of each level.Estimates are given from the solar radiation to the installable area,capacity,cost,revenue,economic recovery period and CO2 emissions of the building surface.Secondly,the solar energy utilization potential assessment has been carried out for the industrialized blocks in the non-central urban areas of Wuhan.Through the actual investigation and comprehensive consideration of the planning indicators and architectural forms,the industrialized blocks in Wuhan have been divided into four industrial blocks.Research and evaluate it.Finally,based on the evaluation results,a design strategy was proposed for the industrial block in Wuhan.Map the solar energy utilization potential of industrial blocks in Wuhan.
