Research On Ecological Spatial Regulation Network And Implementation Path Construction Of Xiahe County Based On GIA

Under the call of the era of promoting ecological civilization construction and land space planning in China,how to achieve green transformation and development under resource constraints and ecological pressure is of paramount importance.As an important means to implement land space control,the definition and regulation of ecological space have important practical significance for coordinating the contradictory relationship between protection and development and maintaining the ecological basis of spatial development.As the key link of the county's ecological space regulation as a space control system,there is no complete set of control methods and paths.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a county-level ecological space control method that realizes the benign interaction between “ecological environmental protection bottom line support” and “urban and rural development drive engine”.Based on the Green Infrastructure Evaluation Model(GIA),this paper first discusses its coupling relationship with ecological space regulation,and combines the spatial elasticity principle and organizational theory to construct the ecological spatial control network and implementation path to the ecologically based Xia County ecological environment.The spatial regulation method is empirical.This paper is based on the idea of "association system establishment-ecological basis analysis-spatial relationship discrimination-path system construction".Firstly,based on the isomorphic analysis of green infrastructure and ecological space,the GIA and ecological spatial regulation related systems are constructed from four aspects: background integration,goal win-win,dynamic mechanism and technical support.Secondly,based on the principle of spatial elasticity,spatial heterogeneity impact factors are included in the assessment of ecological sensitivity and ecosystem service value,and then the ecological background and formation mechanism of Xia he County are obtained.Then,based on the results of the ecological background analysis,the ecological spatial control network of Xia he County was constructed through the GIA technology path of “identifying ecological source-extracting ecological corridordiscriminating ecological node-evaluating network elements”.Finally,based on the three-dimensional perspective of the organizational theory "rational system-natural system-open system",combined with public policy principles,spatial flexibility principles and complex system synergy,put forward "rational-policy","natureelasticity","open-collaboration" Based on the theoretical orientation and operational mechanism of spatial control,and based on this,the ecological spatial control path system of Xia he County “division management and control-boundary guidance and control-pattern control” was constructed.
