Research Of Green Infrastructure In The Central City Of Mudanjiang

China’s cities have experienced the process of rapid urbanization.With the rapid development of economy,the problems of urban homogenization development,environmental pollution,land loss and flood disasters are becoming increasingly serious.The requirement of rapid urbanization for intensive land development not only brings great pressure on the ecological environment of the city,but also forms a greater resistance to the yearning for a better living environment for urban residents.In the context of the construction of ecological civilization city and inventory planning,it is a new goal of urban development to introduce a new technical strategy to improve the quality of urban ecological environment.As a technical method of cross regional and environmental cooperation,green infrastructure can be regarded as an open space network with smart protection in urban and regional scale;based on site scale,it is a method to simulate natural hydrological process and rainwater management.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,the 13 th five year plan outlines the requirements of continuously improving the urban environmental quality and building a harmonious and livable city.As the ecological framework of environmental,social and economic development,the construction of urban green infrastructure is an important way to control the extensive growth of cities,maintain the stability of urban ecosystem,and alleviate urban ecological problems.In the new data era,diversified research data,multi-dimensional analysis methods and visualization platform make it possible to carry out "large-scale and fine" research,which takes into account the research scope and research unit.Combined with the "double evaluation" system of land and space planning,it provides the basis for optimizing the construction of urban green infrastructure with smaller units as the research object.This paper studies the construction method of green infrastructure network,summarizes its planning principles,planning objectives,construction steps and evaluation model,combined with the research and case study of green infrastructure construction in the United States,Britain,Germany and other countries with green infrastructure concept,and takes Mudanjiang central city as the research object,combined with the five levels of land and space planning Three types of systems,the construction of green infrastructure planning system of Mudanjiang central city in prefecture level city is studied and analyzed to form a green infrastructure construction system of "spatial base evaluation element pattern analysis ecological performance correction".In view of these three steps,this paper explores the scientificity and feasibility of the system construction from two aspects of theoretical basis and practical methods.Based on the system construction of green infrastructure planning,this paper further plans the overall and key areas of the green infrastructure in Mudanjiang central city,and studies the combination mode and spatial form of green infrastructure,and finally completes the construction of green infrastructure network with multi-functional combination,multi-level coordination and multi-strategy management and control.
