Research On Reengineering Power Grid Business Process Of A Power Company

"Electric energy"is the most basic energy support in our country's development and people's livelihood economy.It has tran.sactional attributes,and the safety of electric energy and energy facilities is directly related to the safety of the national economy and people's livelihood.In recent years,with,the continuous advancement of society,people's requirements for power and energy related services,such as electricity metering,power quality,and power supply reliability,which are closely related to their own lives,have gradually increased.Therefore,how to achieve high-efficiency,convenient and high-quality power energy,while providing efficient,infonnative and interactive service supply and improving the quality of power services has become a major challenge for power companies in the new era.This paper takes A power company as the research object.Under the premise of research and uncderstanding of process improvement and process reengineering theory,it first introduces the current situation of A power company's business process and process man.agement system,and then analyzes its power grid construction business and customer service.Problems in business and marketing service process management,and then proposed the basic ideas and goals of process reengineering.This paper elaborates on the three parts of grid construction business process reengineering,customer service business process reengineering and marketing service process reengineering,and finally summarizes and forecasts.This paper provides some solutions and methods for the cu,rrent problems of domestic power enterprise service management,which can help power supply enterprises optimize Tmanagement level and enhance enterprise competitiveness.
