Power performance is an important index to evaluate the performance of wind turbines in the process of design,experiment and operation.More and more attention has been paid to the test of power performance with the increasing installed capacity of wind power.At present,the testing organization has a long cycle and high cost for testing the power performance,which greatly limits the development speed of the wind power industry.Therefore,the power performance of the in-depth study has important application value and research significance.By consulting the domestic and foreign articles and research results on the power performance of wind turbines,this paper studies the theory and method of the power performance test of wind turbines.According to IEC 61400-12-1 and other standards of the international electrotechnical commission,the parameters,relevant theories,calculation methods and test procedures of wind turbine power performance test are analyzed.Based on DSP and Python,the power performance test system of wind turbines is developed and designed.It is mainly divided into three parts: hardware construction and design,power performance algorithm optimization and analysis,and software design.The hardware construction part mainly includes various types of sensors,DSP,AD acquisition module,communication module and other debugging equipment.According to IEC standard,the hardware equipments which meets the test requirements are selected to collect data,in which the DSP preprocesses the data and communicates with the host computer through the communication module.In the aspect of algorithm analysis,an annual power generation algorithm based on Weibull distribution with two parameters is proposed.The measured data is analyzed and calculated,and compared with the calculation method of wind speed frequency distribution in IEC standard.The results show that compared with the technical parameters provided by the manufacturer,the annual power generation error calculated by the proposed algorithm is smaller,which further verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm.The power curve,power coefficient,uncertainty and other parameters of the test system are calculated and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of wind turbines power performance test system.The software design part is the core of power performance test system for wind Turbine.The communication of signals is realized by Python,and all kinds of signals collected by hardware equipment are displayed in real time.At the same time,the data areprocessed and analyzed,and the relevant parameters and test results of the power performance test are obtained.Finally,the functions of each part are designed to realize the complete power performance test system for wind turbines.The power performance test system of wind turbines designed in this paper reduces the cost of power characteristic test of wind turbine,and the equipment is portable,so it has good application prospect.
